Dirty and old. Food was decent. But paying 16.50 for 2 pieces of French toast and a cup of black coffee was outrageous. Won't be back

Update: was traveling through recently and stopped in again. Was happy to see Daryck still there However the man who acts like the "manager" gave me the creeps. My family was very uncomfortable and he was very gross. Food was good

Daryck @Sharis in Eugene deserves a raise. I couldn't imagine dealing with that kind of dumb everyday. Good luck! Excellent loaded hash browns but the amount was pathetic for the price. Guarantee that was far less than normal.

Worst Shari's experience I've ever had. The service was OK but the place was run down and the food was pretty terrible. I ordered the Avocado Benedict and my friend got a side of avocado.. But what we got was so rubbery, it was literally inedible. I could not cut through the avocado with a fork. Why bother serving it at that point? Just say you're out. Also, the stuffed hashbrowns we got weren't stuffed. Shari's has never been great but it's always been consistently decent. Not this time. I won't be going back to that location for sure.

My recent visit to Shari’s Cafe and Pies of Springfield OR-167 was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially seated in a booth with torn leather seating, despite there being plenty of other available booths. After requesting to be reseated, we were given a better spot.

The service was extremely slow. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, my salad came just moments before the main dish. My chicken Florentine was burnt, and I was supposed to get a dinner roll, which never came. Additionally, I wanted a regular baked potato as one of my two sides, but they were out of it. I opted for a side salad instead, thinking it would count as my second side with a $1 extra charge, but I was charged $3 for the salad and never received my second side.

My wife ordered the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, which was supposed to come with blue cheese and green onions. The dish did not match the description at all, and the portion size was tiny, more like an appetizer.

Overall, we spent $65.76 for two adult dinners and two kids’ meals, including tips, and we left the restaurant still hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The place was a bit busy. Even with just one waitress, we got great service. She did a fantastic job!

I ordered biscuits and gravy was way to salty and biscuits were dry and hard. I ordered Dr Pepper with raspberry flavor added. It tasted off un like I've had ordered it before. Found out the Dr Pepper was low on carbonation waitress didn't bring me a fresh glass. This date night was a bad dinner night. We eat here at least every other week.

I drove across town because Google said they were open until 2am just to get here at 10:55 to find a dark building. What a waste of gas. FIX the hours people!

This was in a very sketchy part of Springfield. I would not feel safe going here on my own.

Sign says open til 2a, but waitress claims that she seated her last table prior to 9:45. A little frustrated with this. Second Sharis I tried to stop at this evening with the same issue.

The atmosphere reminds me of Perkins. The no bake blue berry cheesecake was delicious.

I'm very disappointed I got something new on the menu and I got a side of soup and it was cold and then the broccoli casserole was also cold on the plate overall the food was not warm and was very dry
