The last two times we have eaten here there has only been one cook, and one waitress. One visit was late at night, the second was during lunch. The pie case was completely empty both times. And the tables were not properly cleaned. The waitress was incredibly nice, and went as fast as she could. I do not blame the service on the waitress. They need more stuff. The Sheri's off of River road however, always has more staff, and the pie case is always full.

The worst experience. Waited 30 minutes to get a drink and order and then sat for a hour and a half, still no food. Decided to leave and still got charged $20 for 4 drinks.

App doesn’t work, website is half botched at best, and they don’t have half of the ingredients that you order for a particular item. Funny thing is this is the closest restaurant near me and I’ve loved it until now.

Shari's is our usual go-to stop going through Eugene. Have always had great food and friendly service, until today. Short staffed, and although it wasn't THAT busy, rude and unprofessional. Seemed like we were an inconvenience and both staff members on the floor were quite loud with their frustrations. 10am and the kitchen was out of bacon, English muffins, and chicken fried steak. What we ended up ordering was ok. Pie display, pretty much empty. I know it's an old building, but everything was worn down and dirty. Not sure what's happened this past year, but a huge downturn since our last visit.

We used to go to Sherry‘s all the time, and we would travel through town. Now that we live here, we don’t go there anymore, because there are so many other places, that have better food and better service.

I went into Sherry's this morning to get a marionberry pie and they were out and they told me by 4:00 that they should have more pies in. I called a little after 4:00 and the only hole pie they had was a strawberry rhubarb pie. That was disappointing. I wanted to get a marionberry pie from my nephew's birthday but I guess I'm going to have to get a cheesecake from Walmart instead.
All day breakfast places like this are a magnet for me. Service was a bit spotty/distracted, but definitely not rude. The dining room felt a little worn out.
But the food was great. I’d gladly go back. :-)

Everything took too long. When I finally got my food got to eat it and finish it and got my check and got out of there it was noon. I got there at 10:00 a m. Plus they only had one waiter doing everything there except cooking.
Parking: Restaurants location was located in gateway area.
Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and kid-friendly menus. Add kid friendly activities.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had a way to get in but you have to hold the door open for the wheelchair to go in. Put the wheelchair person can roll right in.

Ordered a pattymelt. It came with a micro slice of cheddar cheese no onions and some kind of thousand island dressing....yuk. Chicken fried steak with breakfast gravy instead of country gravy. Mashed potatoes that were not fully mashed. A microwaved dinner roll. Bur the broccoli was perfect. Service was SO SO slow.

This is definitely my go to Shari's when I'm in the Salem Eugene area
. Had a great chat with the waiter and when she came on the manager glad that the waiter brought his partner up to the Eugene Springfield area from Texas. I hope I gave enough hints you might know who it is

My wife and I and our 2 grandkids came in for dinner.Waitress was finishing up with customer and said she'll be right with us. There was only 3 other people seated(not eating yet) but she went about her business and ignored us for about 5 minutes. Why didn't she let us be seated? The place was pretty much empty?? So we left....what a waste of time. I usually like Shari's.

Chain restaurant, so I knew what to expect. Was the only person in there. Food was as to be expected. Nothing to rave or complain about. An ok stop for a quick bite.
We walked in to eat lunch. There were 4 adults one 3 year old. Thete was another party of 5 adults too. Many empty tables but told us to wait 5 more minutes. My son suddenly felt ill trying to get to the bathroom. He vomited on the floor. She was rude from there saying she wouldn't come to work sick. Another customer found a trashcan got him water to drink. NO ONE that worked there tried to do anything. We asked for bucket and mop to clean up the mess nothing. We are from Texas and felt we needed to clean it up . She said, she couldn't make us leave but it was a sanitation issue. If it were why the lack of cleaning it up as soon as possible? We left the chair thete and vomit on the floor, we had no intentions of staying being treated the way we were. Would give no star if I could.
