The food is almost always good and the pies are excellent, always worth trying. The service was much better than last time I dined there, but in late night times it can be a little difficult to get the attention of a waiter because they sometimes can be short staffed.

Will never go back. It was good the last time we went but this time not good at all. First of all, the place looked abandoned and run down. We placed our order and they let it set on the countertop for awhile. They talk over your food, the person in the kitchen leaned over and was talking to the server. The food was cooked improperly and was served lukewarm. Eggs scrambled in oil, food not served in a timely manner. I remember when this place was packed. Only 3 customers in the whole place and the waitress did not care at all about how or if we were satisfied with our meal. The owner of this chain obviously has given up and does not care anymore.

Sheri's has really gone downhill! My family and I went to have our favorite soup. The Loaded potato soup. It was disgusting!! First off, there was nothing "loaded" about it. It just had potatoes and a few carrots and celery, that's all. Secondly, the soup base tasted horrible. The whole family was extremely disappointed. Shari's loaded potato soup was always something all of us loved. It's such a shame that something you could always count on has become so rotten. I don't know if it's just this location or if all the Shari's are going downhill but I do know that if this is the kind of stuff their serving then it won't be long till they are out of business!

I visited this place about a month ago early morning around 2:00 a.m. there was only one other table being serviced at the time the waitress that ended up helping us was not even actually working that evening, decided to step up and lend a hand. Her service was great. On the other hand the waitress that originally was supposed to be serving our table came about 20 minutes after to bring us our coffee which the other waitress had already brought us, then when I told her we already had our coffee she just left the cups there and walked away. It took about 45 minutes to get our food the mother got hers and I got the hash browns for my order because they cook did my order wrong and had to redo my omelette. What I did get it the appearance was not too appealing the avocados were smashed that were on top and half the size of that my mother had gotten. At what time I stood up to see what was going on in the kitchen and the cook was standing there on his phone texting it was also heard using foul language which I don't really care except for the fact that at work you shouldn't be using that kind of language.I do want to mention that we had been there three or four months before that around the same time of morning and the gentleman that was working there was very very helpful. Not sure who that was but maybe you should see if he wants his job back.

If I could give it less than one star I would! Service slow (45 minutes when mostly empty), bathroom filthy, food greasy, terrible and small. Never again Shari's. Sad end to a once nice restaurant!

After a long day supporting my grandma at her stay in the hospital dinner at Sheri's was perfect for feeding my appetite and stomach. I had the chicken strips with fries and coleslaw. The chicken was cooked to perfection and crisp the fries were delectable and the slaw was excellent with the adequate zest of vinegar from the pickles. Thank you very much for satisfying my hunger Shari's! It was just what I needed!❤?Parking: I have ease in knowing they have several handicapped parking areas.

My niece asked me to go to breakfast and we decided on Sharis. There were literally only 2 other tables with people. It took more than 10 minutes to get any server to come to the table. The waitress brought menus finally and didnt take a drink order. When we finally got to order she asked for drink order which ee gave and did not receive until after our food was brought out. Still only 2 other tables with customers and staff wandering around aimlessly. Food was decent but could hear the woman who was cooking having a fit and slamming things around in the kitchen. We only got 1 refill of coffe which we repeatedly assked for and requested extra creamer which we finally received before leaving. All in all was a terrible experience and will never go back!

Amazing staff! After the ice storm they were very low on food. I placed an app order which didn't know about their shortage. Staff worked with me to achieve something close to what I ordered with the limited resources they had. Simply amazing service. I can't say enough about the staff here.
