They messed up our order more than once, but the manager redeemed the service by going back and making the order herself. 3 stars because we had multiple people so it could have been a lot to take on, order wise. Food was also warm and not very hot. Burger was sloppy and wet.

Disappointed to say the least, my first time eating here I made a mobile order and paid $3.19 for a sundae. Only one size option available. In the picture on the app it shows the sundae cup completely full, the sundae I received the cup was barely half full with the whip cream on there. I talked to a worker and I said I hate to be this person I just feel frustrated I got a sundae thatās half full when it shows on the app the cup all the way full and I paid $3.19 for half a cup of ice cream and they said, thatās the size that it is, and I said that doesnāt make any sense when the picture shows the cup full and the worker just said, we made it to the specifications thereās nothing we can do, so I just was like okie dokie then. Highly unfortunate experience and false advertising!
I spent $17.13 to get dinner here for my daughter and i. Very disappointing. I got her a kids meal and i got two wraps. Keep in mind we only live 5 minutes from this location. The burger and tots looked okay but were cold. My wraps looked liked they had both been smashed and were cold as well. I had to re-heat everything. The sauces i ordered were all missing. I will definitely not return.

Food was good, but the ladies working were abrassive and rude. I also had to return after I arrived home because a burger had been forgotten, only to have it rudely slapped into my hand at the window. The smash burger was really good but the service makes me not want to return.

Order food ask for the hamburger š dry just meat and cheese waited over 10 minutes at window fries š was cold and grease tasted when I told them the women got very upset the hamburger had everything then I told know I ordered it for my child he won't eat it like that so endless to say order did not get fixed so it went to the trash I have never been treated so poorly

Worst sonic EVERā¦. Horrible customer service. Messed up ordered and was charged twice for food already paid for , that we didnāt recieve in bag. To top that off food was disguting š¤®ā¦. I wouldnāt even feed it to my dog.
