I used to come here 2-3 time per week. I really liked the servers and staff. They have good cheap bar food. Their Skippy burger is great. More pool tables than practically anywhere else in town. You can almost always come in and find an available table. I’ve come in a few time recently and I don’t know any of the staff anymore, but they seem unapproachable and just not happy to be there, but it’s still an alright place to hang out and have a drink with your buds.

Neighborhood friendly, long-standing establishment, with good food & plenty of entertainment options.
What I can’t understand - much less excuse - is how the owner(s) of this profitable business allow staff to be chased into the parking lot by inebriated customers & left fending for themselves. It isn’t the cooks’ or bartenders’ (or the customers’) job to run security, but apparently the owners are happy & content to leave it at that.

Old school bar that's been in Springfield since the beginning of time. Good burgers & fries. I can't speak to the drinks(alcohol ones) & while I don't gamble they do have several gaming machines and pool tables. Good service

Love Sonny's he just needs bartenders that pay attention to all the patrons of the bar not just the ones that sit at the bar.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. We were waiting for our friends to show up so we could go in breakfast. We've been traveling so we have blankets and pillows in our car. As we were waiting me n my boyfriend were watching Facebook reels laughing enjoying our morning when a lady pulled in next to us gets out hits our window and proceeded to be extrmely rude telling us we had to leave now that we were trash and that trash wasn't welcome there and to never come back I've never n my life been treated like that we tried to ask why and what the problem was just to be cut off n told leave now as she recorded or took pictures of our car..I dont if she owns this place or works there but either way I would say they don't deserve anyone's business I'd that's how they treat potential customers for no reason.....

Had an older lady that was extremely rude and disrespectful I'll never go back and would recommend Noone waste your time or money here honestly worst service I've ever incounted in my life I don't know if she hates her work or just life in general either way no reason to treat others the way she treated us today

I'm sure their wares are probably decent, but I was very rudely denied entry, just cause I had a guitar on my back and a bag from Freddie's across the street. Wanted some breakfast beer for my birthday, nowhere else was open, and just got judged right on the spot and told to leave, even when I had lots of money to spare. Screw them.
