I stopped there for some coffee and a few things to take to a sick friend. I ordered 3 coffees and they called my name when one coffee was done. The bread was done and I waited at the counter while converting with my wife about our sick friend. Apparently, the curly hair girl at the counter was offended because we waited at the counter for the other two drinks. She slid the drinks in my direction and when I asked her for a tray, she threw it on the counter and said here and walked away. You should not be asking for a tip at the register if you are going to treat your customers like this

I am not a big fan of Starbucks in general. I think they do what they do well, but I don't really like their coffee that much and their bakery and food items are frozen and heated when you order. The products are fine but I was only go when there is not other options or in this case when it was convenient for me to meet my client. Nothing wrong but to me it's like fast food for coffee lovers.

Highly recommend. The mocha cookie crumble is my personal favorite and everybody I've encouraged to try. It has become one of their favorites and going to order. So whether you want great service. If you want to go down there to Springfield at the Starbucks down there off 14th and main, I highly recommend it. One of the ladies in there is probably the most incredible personable service provider for us. I don't remember her name. She's a short blonde lady but very kind, polite. Most awesome experience in ordering coffee you could find

This location used to be my to go Starbucks. Drinks and food were always perfect. I haven’t had too much luck at this location recently. In the last 2 weeks I asked for a peppermint hot chocolate and it was cold; a honey citrus mint tea and it didn’t have the mint tea bag in it; a London fog tea latte and they forgot to add the pumps of vanilla syrup. My very favorite drink - caramel macchiato - always comes with an expired shot. It’s so sad. If you’re looking for that consistency and quality that Starbucks is know for, maybe it’s best to find another location.

Got a breakfast wrap and a black coffee at the drive through. The wrap was cold, the bacon on it was not cooked and the coffee was so bitter I had to throw it out.

Whoever was working the window tonight was very unfriendly and when she got the size on my order wrong and I corrected her she then charged me again. Which is fine however she didn’t add any more espresso shots to my coffee just milk. I order strong coffee and now it just taste like oat milk with a hint of coffee. I also work night shift and need that extra boost at work. Overall really dissatisfied with this store lately cause this isn’t the first time this has happened.

It took the staff 15 minutes to make 2 hot chocolates that tasted like water with the essence of chocolate that were also not full. Save yourself time go to dutch bros😔

Nice meeting place but it's very loud. Sounds just vibrate. It's difficult to carry on a conversation without speaking loudly, and then everyone speaks louder. Maybe try ceiling "kites" , flags or banners to soften the echo.
I don’t normally come to Starbucks as I don’t usually have the money for it but the one time I come to this one I did not have a good experience. First of all I don’t really know any of the sizes and how much they are, So I asked the cashier lady how much was the largest drink they have, she tells me $6 after asking what drink I’m looking for, again I’m still unfamiliar with how much each size costs. I did not ask for a tall I asked for the largest, my drink comes out extremely tiny and I go and ask if that is really their biggest size, and the other employee told me yes. Don’t come to this Starbucks because obviously the employees hate making bigger drinks and you will get lied to.

It was very nice inside of this Starbucks and the Brista name Dan suggested this really delicious drink that you gotta try. It’s a Venti iced white mocha with cinnamon syrup in it and it is delicious.
I do not recommend at all.
