Don't bother going inside if there are cars in the drive thru. Cars get priority and you could go through the drive thru 5 times before you get a drink inside.

The drive through is horribly slow. Don’t bother using the order ahead app option, they won’t start your drink until you’re actually there. Maybe it’s the management? The Pioneer Parkway had it figured out, but they closed that location. Starbucks needs to add a location in Thurston that isn’t in a grocery store. This is not an employee issue, it’s definitely a logistics problem.

We moved from Thurston to Mohawk and out of all the Starbucks I've been to, this location makes it the best and very consistent! I'm the pickiest coffee drinker, but I can always count on a delicious coffee from this location. I've had issues at all Starbucks but this one, the best in town!

This location double charges your card. Use cash only if you want a drink from this location. I suspected it before but wasnt able to catch it. This time I checked my bank account right after using and bam! Double charge. They know they are doing there. I see through your game. I will never use another card here, nor any other starbucks again. Shady and disappointing. Update- called as requested and they blamed my bank. I guess my bank only double charges here at this location 🙄 yeah no, miss me with your BS starbucks. No accountability and not going to spend money at starbucks anymore. no wonder you are closing so many locations. Crap service with weak coffee that doesnt reach the top of the cup. No thanks.

Girls talk to much 4 girls work 2 doing lot more then other 2. Had another DoorDash waiting on order, it just needed bagged but the other two girls thought their talk was more important then the customer. I will not buy from but have to Door Dash only.
I stopped there for some coffee and a few things to take to a sick friend. I ordered 3 coffees and they called my name when one coffee was done. The bread was done and I waited at the counter while converting with my wife about our sick friend. Apparently, the curly hair girl at the counter was offended because we waited at the counter for the other two drinks. She slid the drinks in my direction and when I asked her for a tray, she threw it on the counter and said here and walked away. You should not be asking for a tip at the register if you are going to treat your customers like this

I am not a big fan of Starbucks in general. I think they do what they do well, but I don't really like their coffee that much and their bakery and food items are frozen and heated when you order. The products are fine but I was only go when there is not other options or in this case when it was convenient for me to meet my client. Nothing wrong but to me it's like fast food for coffee lovers.

Highly recommend. The mocha cookie crumble is my personal favorite and everybody I've encouraged to try. It has become one of their favorites and going to order. So whether you want great service. If you want to go down there to Springfield at the Starbucks down there off 14th and main, I highly recommend it. One of the ladies in there is probably the most incredible personable service provider for us. I don't remember her name. She's a short blonde lady but very kind, polite. Most awesome experience in ordering coffee you could find
