I ordered coffee via the app and arrived a few minutes later, as the barista was setting it on the counter. Yet my latte was cold. I didn't realize it was cold until I drove off. It was a cold and rainy day and a hot latte would have been a great pick me up.

I'm only here for the popping pearl drinks they make. They are yummy. Don't know how coffee is but I've heard good things about them.

If you spill coffee down the side of a personal cup wipe it up. Spills happen but don't just say oh it spilled and hand the customer a sticky cup. Then there cup holder is sticky etc. Follow thru makes ok service great service.
