If you spill coffee down the side of a personal cup wipe it up. Spills happen but don't just say oh it spilled and hand the customer a sticky cup. Then there cup holder is sticky etc. Follow thru makes ok service great service.
Peighton helped me with a gift card for a regular customer. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she enjoyed working there. She was multi tasking efficiently. She was friendly and personable.
The Starbucks of a different visual flavor. More inviting. Visually relaxed. Much space. Service is always fine. Coffee is always hot and ready. Go for it.
