Lobby was messy and empty. Sandwich was sloppily put together, cashier was both non helpful and rude. I don't eat at subway, the only reason I came in was because I have a gift card, that the employee said wasn't a subway gift card despite it saying \\\"Subway\\\" in big yellow font on the front And having a balance of 15 on the app. Wouldn't take any time to try to figure it out. I'd like a refund and for the gift card to be charged. Update: went back for a refund at around 8:30. The door was shut despite them being open until 9. Called and no one picked up. Will be reporting all of this to corporate if the owner can't correct it.

NO STARS. NO STARS. NO STARS.Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I went last night around 8:30 to get some dinner so I decided on a meatball sub and it was the worst tasting meatballs they tasted spoilt. So fast forward to today and I swung by after work thinking that they would make it right because accidents happen. I informed the girl who just happened to be the same one from the night before who had made said sub that the sandwich was BAD and her reply was oh glad you liked it……. So I said oh no it was likeBAD BAD NOT A GOOD BAD. And still blank face. So I thought surely she understood the gripe and then makes a new sandwich. So as I am getting ready to take my sandwich she says oh that’ll be 8 bucks to which I replied umm ma’am I thought you understood that I wanted you to remake said sub as a replacement to which she replies ohh well I don’t have the power to fix this. I said oh ok cool well how about 50% since ya know I didn’t eat the last sandwich because it tasted like burnt meatballs. And to top it off she said oh well I can’t help that do you want it or not……. The lack of everything from customer service to quality of food is desperately lacking here and from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like they are interested in fixing any of the issues. So for your own health drive a little farther to another subway if you’re just dying for a sandwich your stomach and wallet will appreciate it.

Subway could make healthy food. Theirs is full of nitrates. Also they do not have gf anymore. Food is subpar. They could change it up so easily.

Awfully disappointed with the veggie sub. The lettuce has orange edges showing it's age. The spinach is wilted and bruised- like it gets as it ages. And there is maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of black olives and pepperoncini, etc., etc. Overall sad, wilted extra small portion of veggies. Not a delight. Thought they were closed after no one answered at the drive thru. No one at the window either. No inside lights. No cars in line or in the lot (no wonder). Someone came to the window as I backed up to it a second time to check the hrs. Supposedly open at 8. I was there after 10. His excuse for no one answering the drive thru was, 'she's putting on her gloves'.

Awful. The restaurant could not fulfill my order and told me to contact subway for a return. I sent 5 emails requesting the refund. After going to social media the owner reached out to me. It took of 3 months for them to send me a check that was less than the amount I paid. Horrible business. Would not recommend.

Tables were dirty and it was a ghost town when I walked in, the cashier came to the front after hearing the bell and no greeting. I definitely did not feel welcomed here. The basics of food service are definitely not here, just the bare minimum: like getting a sandwich.

Once again this subway has less than half the veggies and only Doritos to choose from. This store seems to struggle to keep products in store. I can't believe they put the sad slimy cucumbers out to use, that can't be good for anyone's health. If I had seen the veggies and such, I wouldn't have chanced my order. Regret for going to Subway.

I never have good experience here but keep coming back because it’s the closest. Tonight peeved me. Said they closed at 9, pulled up at 8:35 and doors were locked. Not cool. Taco Bell it is I guess…
