This location seems to draw the most dissatisfied employees. Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway store. The guy who was there was complaining the whole time and mentioned that he had gone to work after an eight hour shift somewhere else and thought he was going to just relax tonight.

My partner orders from this location at least once every two weeks or longer, half of the orders come out missing requested sub add ons or they’re made poorly. This time however has been by far absolute pure disregard for sandwich build. This sub “sandwich” is built like hot dog the tuna in the middle at the weakest point of the sub bread and all of the extras piled on. %0 care to structure.
Ontop of that they didn’t toast it as requested or do the standard cut in half. The bread feels stale to the bite as well.

Service was very bad. The lady was very rude and acted like I was taking up her time. I know I will not be going back there anymore. She said what do , I told her,then she said I guess you are going to want it toasted, what else do you want.

I frequent subways. I get the same sandwich with the same ingredients every time never had a problem. Refused to put what I wanted on my sandwich. Said something about how it was company policy. I mentioned this has never came up in my lifetime and she said everyone else is not doing there jobs correctly. Do not go to this subway the workers are rude they make terrible sandwiches, atmosphere seemed real shady. Tried paying with my card he said the machine didn’t let the payment go through and presented 0 evidence of that. Paid cash now I am thinking I may have got double charged which makes sense since they are skimping on veggies.

One employee. Moving as slow as she possibly can. Disregarding Togo orders and being rude to people. Seriously like she was moving slow on purpose so that people refused to wait in line. I spent about an hour waiting at the restaurant for a togo order that I had placed for 2 sandwiches 45 minutes before. Absolutely horrid!

Every time I go into this location I am greeted with attitude and rolled eyes. Yesterday I went in with my husband at around 5:45-6:00 which is a normal dinner time I would say, and Elizabeth was working and as soon as we walked in she looked at us and loudly sighed and rolled her eyes. I have been to this location a handful of other times and I’m not sure if it was the same employee, but we always get the same reaction from whoever is working. It does seem that it’s only ever one person working at a time which seems like a management/corporate issue, but unless you want to get a sandwich with a side of attitude, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The employee who was working thought that cleaning the empty restaurant was more important than helping us. When she finally did she didn't even give me my full order. I had to ASK for the rest of my order as she was walking away. She then told me that they were out and offered nothing at first. Then she said you can only have some cookies, the ones that SHE over cooked and burnt. I can't believe a restaurant would employ someone like that.

Arrived several minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The order wasn’t ready. The employee said it would take another 5 to 10 minutes. There were only two other customers in the store. The employee was talking and laughing while working, which turned out to be a phone call she stayed on the entire time.

After 20 minutes, she finally said we could grab our chips and drinks while she was still wrapping the sandwiches, using four sheets of paper for each one. The bottled Starry I ordered wasn’t available. She said to take any bottled drink or a fountain drink instead. The Fanta came out clear. I dumped it and tried Sprite, which was just carbonated water. Ended up grabbing a bottled Mountain Dew instead.

Got home and opened the sandwiches. Both were missing ingredients. My deluxe turkey sandwich had only four slices of turkey, no olives, no extra pickles. My partner’s sandwich was missing olives, tomatoes, and pickles.

The entire process was a mess from start to finish. The order wasn’t ready, the drinks weren’t working, the sandwiches weren’t made correctly, and the only person working never got off the phone. Definitely not returning to this location.
