The worker was very rude there was two people working doing drive thru and online orders they didn't say sorry for the wait the women rolled her eyes at me when she took my order.. I have never had this experience before

This is the worst subway lol. They tried to take my money and made my sandwich wrong AND made me wait almost half an hour for a pre paid order. No thanks girl!
Do not order from this location! They cancelled our confirmed and paid for order an hour before closing. Pretended to not be in the store when we arrived to pick order up. Would not respond to phone calls...terrible app. Terrible service. Spend your money somewhere else.
They say they’re open till 10 they close at 8.
8pm and the lobby is locked up. Open signs were off. It's no wonder Subway is losing money and about to be bankrupt.
This girl working was messing around with putting up Christmas displays and stuff, touching things that are not food related. Immediately goes to try to make my food without washing her hands. I confronted her about it and she argued that she did wash them and I told her I could obviously see she didn't. Gross. Management needs to do something about the tatted up girl with piercings in her nose, not willing to wash her hands at customer request.

Crewmember working the front counter on Saturday, November 2 around 9:51 AM is a complete waste of your company time. She has no customer service. She can’t even tell you with a smile to have a good day. Get frustrated when I asked her to add a drink to my order, slams or drinks down on the counter as well as our food bag. Overall, as a manager, this is someone I would never have running my place especially early morning on a Saturday she should be fired.

I was very disappointed in the sandwich I ordered. It was supposed to be a cold cut combo. All the meat on it was a few thin pieces of ham. Shame on you subway.
The manager ...well I guess she was ...was totally rude to me... As I watched other customers come in she treated them totally different then I had been treated.The food was ok but her attitude stank....

8/26/24. I came in at 8:35 840. All the signs are open there’s a guy by himself doesn’t even greet me when I pull up to the drive-through until I start saying hello then proceeds to tell me that they actually close at 9:30 tonight so you just close whenever you want, why have your hours posted if you’re closing before? Are you just lazy no explanation why you closed early ?

Never again will I buy from this Subway. It really sucks since the change in ownership. The subways have gone drastically downhill! I Ordered two sandwiches online on 17 August. I got home and not only was it not a half pound of meat. As I am a deli worker and sliced meat every day and know exactly what a half pound is. I got hard old bread and I also was not given all the things I had asked for on my sandwiches. I did not receive black olives, green bell peppers, or jalapeños, and the items I asked for more of like pickles I got 4 on a foot-long . I went online and Filled out the contact us information letting them know what the issue was. I waited a week still got no email or anyone contacting me about the problem. I called today at 1:30 and was told the manager would be in in about an hour and a half and they would give me a call back. Never got a call back, so I called them at 6:30pm. I talked to a lady her name was Aurora not very pleasant horrible customer Service. She told me all she could do is give me a coupon for 699 to buy a foot-long. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have coupons. Why would I need coupons? I already paid for something. I did not get what I ordered. she said, since there was nothing wrong with the meat portion, there’s nothing she could do, even though it was clearly not a half pound of meat. She also said that since it wasn’t their fault that they did not get their shipment of supplies in to make the sandwiches, they made it with what they had. If I would’ve been made aware. I would not of took the product Simple as that. Lady was rude and did nothing to fix the problem. Shame on you, SUBWAY® you’re gonna go out of business if you don’t fix your ways! Obviously there’s a lot of people not getting what they ordered when you go on here and look at the reviews. Do better Subway ?

I literally still not go back lol I just got a foot long BLT the girl was either too ditzy or not paying attention. She said so you want other veggies besides lettuce and tomato...im like no...I get my sandwich it's just bacon bread and mayo. Like really. I'm so appaled I'm just going to add the stuff from home lol no more subway for me
I ordered online and paid. Upon pick up I was handed the sandwich, no chips that I paid for. I got home and the sandwich was not as I ordered.
I paid for double cheese, didn't get it. I asked for a light strip of mustard and mayo and it was dripping out of the sandwich. Worst, the bread was hard and stale. Not a good experience for a first time of ordering online. I think they can do better
