So I normally love going to this Subway but today the service was horrible. Our sandwich maker had a horrible attitude and was rude while making our sandwiches. She has long red hair. She said "what do you want" in a rude tone and continued to have a horrible attitude the entire time

Manager Taylor was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Will definitely not be returning to the Subway inside Walmart ever again. Have already talked with corporate and hope it doesn't happen to any other customers. Taylor should be ashamed of themselves. šŸ˜”

Space Boss

FLY POOP EVERYWHERE.
On the signs, on the glass, on the ceiling, there has to have been over a dozen flies floating over the food counter. I understand it’s close to the door, but if you look across to the bakery on the other side of the entrance it’s not even close to as bad.
There was old food smudges on every surface, dust and food crumbs built up between the glass and the food containers, on the ceiling, and wall menus.
There was only one girl making food, we were in line for 25-30 min with only one 4 person family in front of us. Once we finally were about to be served we saw the vegetables/meat, I was disgusted, everything was limp/soggy and there was a literal fly perched on the cold cuts. We left.
I know it’s just a Walmart Subway, but I’ve seen local restaurant's go out of business for less. Super disgusting, shows how they feel about their customers.

Two times now I’ve pulled up to drive through and no one greets me or answers me when I’ve asked if anyone is there, yet I drive out and someone is in there behind the counter helping one person ?ā€ā™€ļø

So, a few days ago my bonus mom and I went here to grab some food. The food tasted ok, the issues were that;
1. The worker drenched my bonus mom's sandwich with cheese and sauce
2. There was a fly in the cookie container
3. There was dust everywhere
4. There was a fly IN MY FOOD

I will not be going back there to get food, and hopefully other subways don't do the same.

Ever since the kids took over, it’s been dirty and full of flys. When the two adults worked there, it was clean and no fly’s. This is disgusting

If I could give negative stars I would one star is far too generous. My boyfriend went in ordered 2 boss sandwiches. While he was there he repeatedly told the worker he wanted pepper jack cheese on both. When he got home we realized they had not put pepper jack as requested so he went back to have them remake the sandwiches. The so called manager that was there at the time refused him saying he heard him say American when even the employee who made the sandwiches said no he asked for pepper jack. My boyfriend simply told them he simply wanted them remade & did not want a refund what so ever and the manager continued to argue with him and handed him a cookie bag with pepper jack cheese stating that is the only thing they could do. He acted completely unprofessional and caused a scene leading to Walmart security escorting my boyfriend out when he was not acting in any way to do so. This location needs new management that is completely ridiculous & unprofessional for any establishment to act in this way. Not to mention we ended up going to another location down the street that said they received a call from the subway we had just left ā€œwarningā€ them of my boyfriend that he might come in for a free sandwich. The worker there told the other ā€œmanagerā€ off because they have had other instances where the same thing had happened to other customers and they go to this other location to get their food instead because the subway in Walmart refused them even though they made their food wrong. The fact that this has been occurring to other people is ridiculous. Don’t get your food here we recommend you going to the subway on 1657 Mohawk.

Terror Ninja

Tonight, my wife and I were on our way out of Walmart and we decided to stop by Subway. It looked very clean and well kept. I explained to the employee that I have allergies and she took very good care of me by making sure that she made it fresh. Including getting fresh ingredients from the back and making sure that nothing else touched the ingredients. This is way better than Jersey Mike's. This is the only location that doesn't act like it's a big deal to change gloves and get fresh ingredients.

Came to get a sandwich around 8:10 pm. I waited around fifteen minutes and even called out hello. Finally, a guy came out of the back. He said," not taking orders now!" Even denied a on line order.

Very stingy with their olives and they don’t really give you any in the first place. When you ask for extra olive they want to charge you. Not very friendly.
