Tonight, my wife and I were on our way out of Walmart and we decided to stop by Subway. It looked very clean and well kept. I explained to the employee that I have allergies and she took very good care of me by making sure that she made it fresh. Including getting fresh ingredients from the back and making sure that nothing else touched the ingredients. This is way better than Jersey Mike's. This is the only location that doesn't act like it's a big deal to change gloves and get fresh ingredients.

Don't make someone walk all the way throug drivethru. Just to tell you that you're takeing order heads. That's not right you could have unlocked your doors to tell me that.

Came to get a sandwich around 8:10 pm. I waited around fifteen minutes and even called out hello. Finally, a guy came out of the back. He said," not taking orders now!" Even denied a on line order.

Very stingy with their olives and they don’t really give you any in the first place. When you ask for extra olive they want to charge you. Not very friendly.

I placed a delivery order because we have covid and just needed some food. When the order arrived it was incorrect so I called the store. I was told to bring my sandwich in and they would remake it. When I explained why that was not possible I was told to call door dash and have them pick up the correct sandwich but that the manager wasn't going to pay for it to be delivered because it would come out of her pocket. So here I am, no sandwich, and out the money for the order. Subway doesn't need to slice their meat for every sandwich they need to fix their employees. When this is the kind of service you give you'll be out of business in 10 years. I emailed corporate and will be going to jersey mikes for sandwiches from now on. Their food is better and so is their costumer service. Teach your manager to offer refunds for people with covid. I didn't go to the store but I know there are people who would.Response from the owner. Ordered a 6 inch qnd got only one piece of cheese that only covered half the sandwich. Plus the 6 inches were the size of a kids. Never coming back here for food.

This is one of the better subways in Springfield. Good place to go for a bite to eat!
