They have the app charge you money even if they are closed.

This location specifically is closed all the time during business hours. It’s 1 pm and it says open until 9pm, welp door is locked and open sign is off. One time I pulled up at 5pm and saw a worker but the lights were off. I opened the door and she complained she has a headache so the lights have to be off. I don’t know if the owners are aware how often this business is closed which is why I’m leaving this review as a store manager myself

Today at 1 pm the lady serving me was incredibly rude. When I first walked up the the store there was a closed sign when they were not closed. After coming in I was not welcomed and when I asked what the bathroom code was I was given attitude. After I used the bathroom I sat down to wait for my mobile order and the person working looked at me and said “what do you want” after she completed my order she never mentioned that it was done and left it on the ledge of the wall, not even on the mobile order rack. I tried to say thank you and have a good day and was ignored both times. The sandwich wasn’t even good.

My girlfriend and I ordered two subs and a footlong cookie online, when we came to pick up multiple parts of our order were out of stock, so Kyler gave us 6 free cookies and an extra 6 inch sub and comped the whole meal. Best customer service I've gotten in forever, 10/10 would sandwich again.

I called multiple times and no one answered the phone I had put a grubhub order in and tried to contact the store to see if they would put Marina sauce on the one sub and could not get ahold of store

Almost an hour before close and they had already shut off the ovens. Can't toast or cook anything out pepper, who runs out of pepper? But the most noticeable thing about this location are the employees. I waited for tonight's employee (I won't mention their name) to finish sweeping before she then shuffled to the counter let out multiple exaggerated sighs before asking what I was going to order. She was in a rush to get me out the door it seemed since she asked if that was all I wanted on the sandwich after just putting the meat on. Very disrespectful I recommend going out of your way to another subway location in the area.

Everything gets slammed together you often get less than fresh veggies or the end pieces of them. Not as high quality as it used to be.

Went in at 10:50am and they said I had to come back at 11 because they were closed. Sign said they open at 9.

I ASSUME the food is good, but the sign said they can’t toast it today. The woman at the counter saw us, sighed, walked to the back without a greeting, came back and snarled “we are out of stickers!”

It’s like dude, we don’t eat stickers. We want a sandwich. But with your mood, we can pretty much guess how generous the toppings will be.

We left.

This place is a joke! They have their hours posted.. I have limited time on my lunch and showed up to get a sandwich during business hours only for the doors to be locked with the open sign on and clearly an employee in the store. I've been trying to call all day and tried to call when I pulled up and the door was locked but nobody will answer the phone. What a joke! Get better employees or run your business better! I hope subway completely goes out of business!

Ordered a footlong meatball sub.
The guy didn't say he was almost out of meatballs. I'm instead he cut them 5 maybe 6 in half and spreaded them out to make a footlong.. hardley any sauce I didn't realize until I got home to eat and ate it. There usually pretty good. But not this time. I think I should get my $$ back or to a free one

I ordered online and my order went though and I was charged. I get to the store and it looks closed. I try to go in and surprise surprise the doors locked. I will be calling tomorrow and asking for a refund.

I think their toaster is broken cuz how do I ask for extra toasted and got near raw bread ?
