Last time I went they made my sandwich wrong when I asked for sliced American they put shredded and I went this morning and it took two employees 20 minutes to make two sandwiches for the people in front of me I ended up just leaving because I was gonna be late.

This has been always my to go subway but lately it's been couple of times when they were not opened during posted hours. Suppose to be open at 8am and went there around 8:45am, still doors locked and employee waived us off by saying it's closed.

You should probably talk to your workers and tell them that the F-word doesn't need to be said every other word specially if there's customers out there when you have 2 people in the back, talking very loudly, and all you hear is 1 person constantly cursing that's not somethin you want to hear nor a place you want to

Subway is Subway; consistent, uses fresh ingredients and hires friendly engaging staff. Couponing makes eating at Subway a killer-good deal.

THE WORST!!! Literally the most painfully slow subway in existence. The employees want to talk to customers and each other but can't multi-task so they stop messaging the sandwich for every single sentence. There was one person ashtray of me and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich.

First, two gentlemen working when I arrived to pick up what I had ordered on the internet: No greeting of \"Welcome to Subway.\" No name tag. Simply asks if mine was a to-go order, hands over the bag and mutters, \"Cups are in the bag.\" So, I end up with three cups and a bag of food. I ask, \"Do you have a cup holder?\" Guy behind the counter says he doesn't think so and finishes up with, \"This ain't Dutch Bro's.\" I could hear his co-worker in the back, burst out laughing. Rude and unhelpful and displaying a distinct lack of customer service acumen.

Normally, I would not make a negative review. But, this is that exception. A week ahead of Easter I prepaid a $179. special order for 6' and 3' sandwiches to feed 25. Upon ordering the manager informed me the store would be closed for Easter so we arranged for me to pick up the order the day before and they would not assemble but give all the ingredients to me so I could do it. Upon arriving at the store on Saturday at 2:37pm I found it to be closed ( pictures taken) with a sign that said Closed for Easter Weekend. I attempted to phone them hoping to leave a message. Unfortunately they were not equipped with a message machine. I drove to the nearest Subway store hoping that its manager could possibly contact someone to help me. As nice as they were no one got back to me after their help left THEM a message as well. On Monday I returned to obtain a refund. I was told the general manager had closed this store due to a family emergency for its manager. I have been in business for myself and I have family members in the bar and restaurant business. The fact that no one took the time to contact those with catering orders so that they could make a different choice is extremely rude to say the very least. I was on my own to correct this mistake. Then on Monday at 8:30 am I drove to the store to requested a refund. I was told I would have to wait for the person able to make the refund to come in with cash to give me my money even though I had used a credit card to purchase. When no one had called me by 2:45 pm I called again and was then told my money was there and I could come get it. Now, here's my biggest gripe.. upper management COMPLETELY dropped the ball on this!!! Do you think a single one of them ever even spoke to me to apologize for the inconvenience. NOPE! Those left to deal with it got to do their damage control. Shame on the management, General Management and Owners who think this is acceptable behavior. I won't dispute a family emergency is just cause to close a business. However, that being said someone should have been minding the orders that were already paid for in advance! To bad I have used this business for many years to see it degenerate to this level.

I used to love Subway, but they have really gone downhill. Since they changed to Pro lineup the price has considerably increased and the quality has considerably decreased. I will be choosing, Quiznos, Jersey Mike's, or Firehouse in the future. They may cost a buck or so more, but they will have an adequate amount of meat on them. The last 2 sandwiches I got from Subway had only 6 paper thin slices of meat, ridiculous. Sorry Subway, but you lost me.

This has to be the nicest Subway I've ever visited, on top of one of the most delicious. The manager (Jon) and the sandwich maker (Chris) did everything they could to make it an awesome sandwich experience and it was! Thx!
