The last two times I have eaten here has been an insane wait time. First time was in the drive thru around midnight; waited an hour for our food. Second time was this evening around 6:30 PM when they gave my mobile order away to someone else. Waited for an hour and a half!!! Absolutely will not go back and give this place my business.

Absolutely disgusting.. The restaurant was nasty and they served food to match.. The Service from the staff was rude and very unhelpful and the lady who was apparently the manager on duty seemed to have no clue what was going on In her store.. Burrito was disgusting and the the chalupa was nothing but lettuce, cheese and 4 pieces of steak that they charged me 1.50 for.. Absolutely pathetic experience and worst taco I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled across America and the world.. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.. Save your money and DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE.. 🤢🤮👎

Don't expect your mobile order to be ready on time I waited 10+ minutes after the pick up time. Food was accurate though and the staff members were decent.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell around. It’s staffed well inside, everyone moving at a snails pace. Zero customer service. Drive through is slow as heck but don’t bother going inside, it’s even worse. Kiosk orders only, no exceptions. I ordered online and figured it would be quicker to pickup inside since the drive through line was a mile long. Was ready 20 minutes after the pickup time listed in the app. It’s always ‘busy’, because they let their customers stack up. They hate their customers and coworkers. This place is toxic.

If I could give less than one star I would. Multiple times I have come to this Taco Bell after working 12 and a half hour night shifts and for them to not be open when they are supposed to be. I had to drive to the window after waiting 10 min for someone to answer. Which they opened the window and walked away and put another hair tie in her pony. No apologies or try to take my order. Like your job isn’t that hard.

Still missing orders by pushing them through on the POS when the timer hits 5 min before actually getting the food out. Leading to 20 min waits

Waited almost two hours for my food. They only care about their drive thru time so everyone inside gets to wait for hours. They were understaffed and all seemed high. Had to tell 4 different people my name and somehow my food was cold. They need to hire people and maybe hire people specifically for front.

There night crew sucks I rarely want Taco Bell but when I come here it’s 30 minutes per order i ordered three things I have been here 45 min and I went inside
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the Eugene/Springfield area. The staff manages to win the Triple Crown of being simultaneously disengaged, surly and incompetent. The food is predictable and reasonably priced.

I watched a few of the female workers laugh at a man who stormed out after they would not give him his food even though he paid. I’ve been in here personally 3 times in the past month and the staff are always horrid. They are rude, snippy, roll their eyes and treat everyone like garbage. I will not be back and I will tell my friends to just walk over to Mac Donald’s where at least you get a smile and a “have a good day” even if it’s fake.
Never eat here.
Almost as bad as the Florence OR Taco Bell.
