Lately this Taco Bell has not been preforming at its typical level. The last 2 times I’ve gone through their drive through something from my order has been forgotten. And when you go inside to get it fixed you’re met with attitude and they take forever to get the replacement made. This last time they left out my crispy chicken burrito and then took over 15 minutes to give me my replacement, all my other food was cold by the time they got me the replacement. Truly disappointing.

I came through like 20 min ago and I was hungry so I ordered food as one does and my prego wife wanted chips and cheese ONLY chips and cheese. I ordered that for her and they only gave us the cheese with no chip 🫠
