Literally every time I go here they manage to forget an item, mess up an item or both. I have not had one good experience here. Lines are long, Workers always have attitude and apparently they can’t read either.
I couldn't believe that my meal was $15! I got a chicken chalupa, nachos, and the small donut holes.
I couldn't quite see the menu as it's pretty far away from the speaker where you order. I asked the attendant a couple of questions and she was rather rude. I don't think I need to go back there. I can get better Mexican food at a real restaurant that costs the same but tastes a lot better!

I am a grub hub driver out of all the restaurants I get orders from to deliver this 1 is by far the slowest ALWAYS! Seriously they need a new manager or something to put a boot up ppls asses and make them do the job they were hired for instead of FKING around in the back on there phones witch I have seen with my own eyes while they have 13 delivery drivers waiting

It's Taco Bell. I am vegan. If they happen to get my order correct by chance, then I love it. It's only about 50 percent that I'll get my order right. Even when I ordered from a kiosk so I knew it was entered correctly. It's still often including things I am allergic to. Meat and dairy and other things.
I used to be an assistant manager at a Taco bell in Eugene. I always expected excellence and ACCURATE efficiency. And that is what I received. It's not a good thing at all to move quickly if you aren't doing it right.
Slow down, get it right. Eventually, you will get so used to accuracy that you are then able to increase speed.
Before putting employees on the line, maybe have a mock training table where they can practice learning what exactly goes into each item normally. Just an idea. I love Taco Bell and don't want them to overlook the importance of training properly. No one wants Taco Bell to fail. They wanna trust that they are doing their best. People who care about food safety. Cross contamination are at the absolute minimum. Allergies are real and deadly. Mine aren't so deadly and just make me really sick in multiple ways. Maybe don't eat here if you have trace allergies to any of its ingredients they use. Happy eating!!
