I got my food around 1:30 4/11/24 when I got home I checked my 3 tacos it was more lettuce then meat in the tacos so I went back to ask what was this and showed them the tacos they remade the tacos I made sure to check them before I left the drive-through. Everything seems good so I got home I had ate one of the tacos something felt off. I don’t know for sure, but I feel like they spit in the tacos.

Horrible service, waited for a half an hour for two items. Ask for hot sauce got zero. Waited again just to receive that. Management needs to step up and do some real training.

Placed an online order 15 minutes before arriving. Get here and go through the drive through and they tell me to pull around and park up front. There’s no one here besides a door dash driver car. I’ve now been waiting for almost 10 minutes. I try my best not to come to his location because of the wait and how often they forget things but the other location was closed today. You’d think they’d have learned to be better by now.

They close the lobby any where from 5-30 minutes early every night it’s ridiculous you need to close at the time u say u close if u close at 11pm then close at 11pm not 10:58 or 10:30

Horrible customer service completely rude when I asked them which burrito was which they literally opened my food up slapped it and shut and made it seem like I was an inconvenience! Poor customer service horrible. When I asked for manager she was just as rude! Tried to get the complaint information they told me go look it up! They need to have someone talk to them it’s horrible

We ordered a #6 (whatever was in that), a burrito, chips/cheese and cinnamon twists. We were surprised that it didn't take the regular 45 minutes to get through the drive thru but I should know better than to drive off without checking my order. No cinnamon twists. I'm sick and don't feel like driving back so I've tried calling 6 times. The phone just rings busy. Seems professional.

Previously I was able to order the taco party pack and get everything in separate containers. We live about 30 miles away. I told the girl that. She said we can't do that. I told I had done it before. She said I'm the manager and we can't do that! So I left.
