Normally I like tacobell. We stopped here on our trip back home and the intention was to dine in but when we walked inside the a/c in the dining room was going full tilt to the point you could see your breath when you were standing there next time I'll go through the drive through

Service was disappointing and so was the food. My friend and I ordered 2 burritos and a chicken quesadilla. Her burritos came out hard and cold while my quesadilla came not cut and folded as if it were a ball. The chicken in mine was cold and the cheese was not melted. Disappointing.

Where to start. 90 percent of customer facing employees unprofessional (this is the standard is America, so it's expected). They often forget my sauces. They skipped on the portion to a point that I think they're worse than Chipotle. I just bought a chualupa supreme, barely and beef in it or cheese, they load it with lettuce to give the illusion that it's filled. Burritos always miniature sized and lack contents. This location is of the most expensive in the market. Think about that, highest prices, lowest value. This location, management and customer facing staff are all wrong. Today is the last day that I personally purchase any food from this location. I once asked for a cup of water and the manager came down hard with (YOU GOTTA BUY SOMETHING) i eat tacobell daily. How emotionless must you be to deny water (free) to a regular? I'm just posting this for those who read and care about these things. Times are tough and companies are getting even more deceptive. It would be unfair to not mention that most people prepping food there are great (keyword most) , just not the people engaging with customers. My suggestion, the best bang for you buck would be Mohawk or main street in Springfield. Stay far away from ths location if you care about your hard earned dollars. You would think they're hoarding ingredients. At first it though it was a coincidence, or maybe just a fluke. It's not, it's systematic. This location wont see a penny from me after this day. Very thin layer of ground beef, nothing like the advertised pictures. It's as if they only put in the beef because it's required and to give the product some flavor. Charging six dollars for lettuce and tortilla is crazy work.

Everything is going to computers and half of a don't even know how to work. Darn thing,
Taco Bell doesn't advertise this much, but they are actually one of the healthier fast food choices, and one of the more ethical- eg., using end-of-life cows, choosing lower sodium recipes, etc.- all easily verifiable info.

The manager lady here is the most toxic boss i have seen im in here all the time and the way she bully's and belittles her employees is appalling, I just watched a customer just ask a general question about her food the lady wouldn't even look at her and was just waved off

Fast and easy service
Expensive (overpriced) location. $2.99 for a large soda, when their Larges are the size of a Medium anywhere else. Take a hike, I went and spent my $7 at Dutch Bros next door instead. It's not that I don't have the money, it's that I don't want greedy franchisees to have it.
Well , since uber eats and grubhub came about they take precedence and us lowly in person folks suddenly have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food . I used to call Taco Bell the fastest of fast foods but that is no longer true

This location is always holding out on my sauce. Is it liquid gold or something? I clearly state how much sauce I want through the mobile app, and everytime they give me zero sauce packets. This taco bell is the biggest let down, I can't eat this without the sauce. Even going through again to get the sauce I request and they'll try to give me one or two packets and leave the window in a hurry.
