Usually ready when I arrive as I order ahead (usually delivering blood so in a hurry) but this time they made me show them the order on my phone before they'd start making it so I had to wait. Why? Not sure as it is paid for ahead of time...

Walked in and was ignored for 4 minutes before I flagged someone down. I finally ordered via the app and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before I got up and found the order sitting on the counter. They hadn't marked it done so the app would notify me. When I asked for the missing drinks with the order, the guy acted like he didn't understand me. Super unprofessional

The food was discussing and on top of that we had to wait 30 minutes for our food we tryed to get a refund and they said they couldn't give us one ridiculous

We removed cheese from a burrito for my toddler. It had cheese. Removed the jalapeño cheese sauce from my other daughters quesadilla. It still had it. Mom added a sauce to her burrito. Wasn't on the burrito, but it was in a taco. 4/5 items were wrong, and when I tried to address it, no one would even come up to the counter. It was also worth noting that the lobby smelled foul.
Ended up tossing almost the whole order after nearly 15 minutes of no one being willing to talk to us.
Drive to any other location.

We ordered a meat crunchwrap and a veggie crunchwrap, super super appreciated the workers taking an extra second to label them!
Vegetarian options: Easy to sub meat for beans or potatoes and have a great item!
The person doing drive throw is horribly rude I tried handing him my phone to pay with Apple Cash and he was disrespectful and rude and said I should not shove my phone in his face kind you I was no wair near his face then repeatedly continued being rude to my husband and myself. He offered me a straw and before I could say yes he cute me off and said no and slammed the window
