I take my 17.$'s worth of 3 plain beef tacos home w. 2 chicken chulupas, no drink or sides...and it's SO stale ! Never again. I miss the crispy tacos at a decent price I use to get. No wonder the place was empty at noon ! SAD.

Super fast quality food and service. One of the only taco bell s in the city that isn't greasy and gross.Kid-friendliness: Good meal options and sweet drinks kids eat without complaining
I had used the mobile app to order delivery, and not only did they forget to even make my dragonfruit freeze (which I did go into the store to get), but they had forgotten to add the meat to my crunchwrap supreme. When I called the store about the drink (since I didn't know about the crunchwrap at that point), one of the employees answered and was generally pretty rude and hung up on me before I had finished talking to them and didn't even give me a name when they answered. When I went into the store, one of the cooks asked me if I had an order to pick up and I informed them that I was missing a drink and a the cashier was pulled over from drive thru and made the drink, but didn't seem to be apologetic whatsoever about the mistake and did not offer to do or give anything to compensate for it. I am very displeased by the service, and as a former fast food employee, I am pissed about how the situation was handled at a time when they had virtually no customers in or at the store.

I was excited to see a taco bell with quick, curtious service. Unlike 42nd and main street in Springfield. Dont ever go to that store.Take a few minutes and drive to gateway location, you will be glad you did.........Thank you Taco bell.......

Hello?!? Anybody see myself and 3 others with our phones out at 9:30 pm on a Friday? Maybe tell your packer to put online orders on the online order rack? Might be a good idea. Stood there 15 minutes, before having to wave my phone around while staring at my order behind the counter. They were all completely ignoring us and laughing about it as well. Rude.

Good food and atmosphere. I liked the avocado verde sauce. But I could only get one packet. The one only complaint I have is the avocado verde sauce needs to be free like the other hot sauces. Then it would have been all 5 stars.

Crunch wrap supreme had no sour cream and no queso. Also cold. Chicken... Epenada?... What kind of burrito? The best part was the taco and the Chilupa. "Crispinada box" And "Crunch wrap+ taco" meal.

Went in here to get some food, tried to order with someone and they said it was going to be a couple of mins or that I could use the kiosk, I waited the minutes cause I only had cash so I can’t use the kiosk. They never helped me and continued to have me wait for over 15 mins. I left after that cause who does that. The manager just didn’t want to help. That’s messed up specially since he is the manager you’d think he would have good service, if that’s how his customer service is I could only imagine the rest of the employees. Forgot the rice o i paid extra for on my burrito. Not to thrilled. I get hat it's just rice but idk if we pay extra for something it should be a garentee for being on my stuff.
Didnt eat in but went through the drive up. My latest go to is a crunch wrap supreme, very good. Cant beat the price and ways fast frieny service.Vegetarian options: I always ask to substitute refried beans for beef and they dont have any problem doing that.

When I got to the window I asked for hot sauce and the guy at the window told me I'm supposed to tell them when I place my order at the order board. My bad. They forgot to do their job by asking and they also forgot it's not my job to "know" their expectations of their customer. Just a weird comment. He could've just put the packets in the bag without that ridiculous exchange.
