I was very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I had worked late and there wasn't much open still. I found the Gateway Grill and was truly surprised by what I received. Great Service, clean restaurant, and really really good food. It is no longer the choice because it was open late. It will be on my list of my favorites.

Our experience was a 10/10 until an overzealous waitress brought our ticket to our table before we were done. When she came back, we expressed that we planned to get dessert but she was un-phased. We explained the problem to another waitress, who couldn’t believe she was acting like that. She appeared more interested in flipping tables than taking care of the current customer. Final rating 7/10.

Great place for breakfast. We had to wait for a medical appointment nearby and had breakfast at Gateway Grill. Fast service and good food. We were in and out in a timely manner even though it seemed pretty busy.

I had a burger, fries, and a Diet Pepsi. The burger was ok, but the patty was thin. There were very few fries. Received the bill, which was $22.50. There was a mandatory 20% tip pre-included, because I was part of 'a group' of people. I went to talk to the restaurant manager, was told s/he was unavailable (doubtful on a Friday evening). Was offered a talk with the bar manager; I agreed. Staff called to her, but she yelled out that she was too busy to talk. This should never be the case. They were completely understaffed, which is their issue, not mine. I tried to talk with the staff person, who kept cutting me off, not letting me speak. She finally turned around and wouldn't talk at all to me. I don't mind tipping for good service, but I had received poor service. Initially they forgot about my drink, no one checked if my food was alright, no refill offer on the drink. Couple this with rude staff and a mandatory 20% tip--I won't be back.

Great local restaurant surrounded by fast food chain. My burger to go was awesome! I have to tell you, no matter how tired you are, eat in the restaurant! The staff was super friendly. I regret rushing out and eating in my hotel room. Lost experience.....

Went in with a large group at 9. Waitress was very rude and rushed us to have kids leave okay fine. Did not take any adult orders and after an hour we started packing up, then she tried to take orders. She was rude, slow, and overall bad service
