We normally love this place. But the last two times we grabbed a frozen hot chocolate for a treat. We had alot of big ice cubs in the drink. Its like its not being blended up good enough. Couldn't even use the straw because of it. Normally this drink is nice and smooth. Customer service is great.

I love that the Human Bean is a successful Oregon-based franchise. Their small-footprint drive-thru coffee model is fast and cost effective to run. I want to support their business but I honestly still prefer the taste of coffee from local coffee shops or even from Starbucks. Their pastries are also pre-packaged and not the highest quality. If you’re looking for a quick cup of coffee in the Springfield area, I would recommend checking out the Human Bean. However, if you have more time, I would go elsewhere for a better coffee and food experience.

Had 2 orders for grubhub. I was 12 minutes away when I accepted the order. When I arrived finally, there was no cars in line or no orders being made. They decided not to start either of my orders until after I got here which is not the way business should be done. Don't recommend for delivery if you want to have things done in a timely manner.
