We normally love this place. But the last two times we grabbed a frozen hot chocolate for a treat. We had alot of big ice cubs in the drink. Its like its not being blended up good enough. Couldn't even use the straw because of it. Normally this drink is nice and smooth. Customer service is great.

I love that the Human Bean is a successful Oregon-based franchise. Their small-footprint drive-thru coffee model is fast and cost effective to run. I want to support their business but I honestly still prefer the taste of coffee from local coffee shops or even from Starbucks. Their pastries are also pre-packaged and not the highest quality.
