These gals were always friendly.Delightful and polite my coffee was always great too
Got a smoothie- a small was only about $5. Loved the little bean on top
Perhaps a work in progress.
Friendly staff
This place has gotten terrible. The airhead teenagers working here don't pay attention to you when you order making you repeat what you've said 3 or 4 times, then when they make it, half the time they forget ingredients or requests like no whipped cream. This used to be my go-to coffee shop but after multiple visits with this experience I'm not going to shop here any more. Especially with how hard it is to get a $7 cup of coffee.
$10 for a mid coffee and airport vending machine quality breakfast sandwich... pass
I love this place, easily outranks Starbucks or any other chain!
Worst chia I've ever had.

I used really love this place and had been going there for over 3 years. Then they slowly started changing things for the worse. They made everyone download an app that was off to a rocky start (after having a better app that made it easier to get points to redeem for a coffee) and had to have at least 3 updates to work properly. A couple times I wasn't given the "beans" for a couple of drinks during their app transition.
About 2 months ago, they got rid of their great cookies, except for chocolate chip. Now they carry cake pops, like Starbucks and muffin tops like Dutch Bros. So they lost what made them unique.
Of late, they stopped carrying amaretto flavoring, which they've carried for the last 3 years. When I asked why, I was told it did not sell a lot, but yet they were running out of it about every couple weeks. Their home office said they'll look into the situation, especially when their other locations on Main St in Springfield and a location in Eugene still carries it. Guess what, no phone call or follow up, but a generous offer for me to buy my own flavoring and they'll put it in free of charge. Wow! Who wants to carry a bottle around with them all day, especially on a hot summer day?
At times the girls have been rude and can't decide what is the exact price for my regular drink because it varies from employee to employee and the price varies 25-50 cents. They were also giving me misinformation about getting amaretto back in stock, multiple times.
I did not want to write this review. It saddens me to see a great coffee shop go from great customer service with unique drinks and treats to apathetic employees (and home office management) with a coffee shop that now just carries the same stuff as Starbucks and Dutch Brothers.
Final Verdict: Don't go to this Human Bean in Springfield. Go to any other where they still care about their customers, especially their regulars, and they're still friendly all the time.
My grandmother is addicted to their green tea smoothies they make here. She loves them.

First off I ordered a large and the lady couldn't figure out which one was bigger 24 or 32 then I ordered a blended and got iced. How stupid do you have to be to figure it out? This is the worst place to go

I had a terrible experience at this Human Bean location on Labor Day at 11 AM. I ordered a drink, and it was handed to me dripping all over the place. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a napkin to clean up the mess. For someone driving a $125,000 car, you’d expect at least a basic level of service and respect. I’ve given them a chance, but after this experience, I’m going back to Starbucks where they actually care about their customers.

I live in California, but I come here a lot when visiting my grandma who lives in Springfield! I love it they always have your order ready by the time you arrived to the window! My favorite thing to get here is the frozen hot chocolate
