I was in line more than 5 minutes before 9pm. The vehicle in front of me took for ever to order. I was finally able to pull forward to have my order taken and it was 9:01pm the lady refused to take my order saying they close at 9pm! I was in line long before 9pm!
After I was able to talk to the shift manager I was told that this isn't how they operate their stores they apologized and made it right! I look forward to going back for a different experience

I went to this location with my partner looking to get something sugar free as I can’t have sugar in my drinks. We specifically asked if the flavors I chose were sugar free. We were told yes. My partner is always is extra careful and asked if the drink was in fact sugar free. The barista said “Yes, well mostly sugar free”. I ended up having to change my drink at the window.
My partner told the barista that she wishes that they would take sugar free requests more seriously as some people like myself have health conditions and it could be dangerous. The barista proceeded to tell my partner that she does take it seriously and my partner needs to handle things differently. She even tried to imply that my partner wasn’t clear enough when we specifically asked her if it was sugar free! When my partner pointed out how unprofessional it was to talk to a customer like this the barista slammed the window shut and said “Bye have a nice day”. Absolutely disgusting way to respond to VALID customer feedback about safety concerns. Because of this I can never trust getting something from this location again. In food service you are trained to listen to feedback and apologize for mistakes that you make. You understand that the customer is rightly upset about mistakes, especially ones related to dietary restrictions! I am never spending money here again after coming regularly to this location since it first opened. I will be going to the locally owned coffee shop across the street that would never treat me like garbage because of a mistake they made.
