How hard is it too get delivery orders right? Ordered delivery last night and not only did they screw it up once, when reordering to get my correct order, they messed it up again! Seriously, how hard is it to make a plain burger and a drink? And not only that, the first order didn't even have the drink and was COMPLETELY wrong and the burgers messed up. Yet still had the reciept stating it way mine.
Get it together. This was a horrible experience and y'all should be ashamed.

I enjoy Wendy's on the few occasions that I eat fast food. With that said they have gotten my order wrong anytime I ve used the app. If you use the app absolutely check your order before leaving. In general if you go through any drive thru always check your order. When they have gotten my order correct the food has been good.

8:00pm on a monday god forbid theres a dinner rush, one car ahead of me and five behind as i sat for half an hour for 2 smashed jr.bacons a cold oversalted med fry and 4 nonexistant nuggets, lady on the speaker had pasive agressive tone, dude taking my card was short and rushed, guy handing me my food took ten minutes was pleasant but quick and somehow threw two bbq sauces in the bag for a 4 piece nugget that i didnt get. this is the second time ive been there since the location opened and im not going agian, i get that ive never worked food service but as someone that works manual labor with severe social anxiety and executive dysfunction this is the worst experience. on top of the never ending traffic messing up that whole corner i wish the worst for this franchise location, sorry frosty heads i really dont care that its the only one in the area
