We stopped at this Wingstop in Eugene while visiting town. It might not have been the best one I’ve been to, but I still love Wingstop — it’s hard to hate their food! We ordered the boneless garlic chicken wings, and they slapped — super tasty. The only thing I noticed was the service could’ve been a bit faster. My boyfriend and I came in not long after they opened, and even though it wasn’t busy, it still took about 30 minutes to get our order. Still, the food was worth the wait, and we even had leftovers to take back home!

Service is great, atmosphere was relaxing and had cute designs around, food was more alright than the rest. I would love to give a higher review but the fries were soggy and not very crisp. If you see Max he’ll definitely make you smile at the counter which is worth for the chicken and ranch.

Service was great the food was not My boneless barbecue wings had barely any sauce on them and we're overcooked a lot and just tasted horribly and the cheese fries I had with it weren't much better. For is overpriced as the food is you think it would be somewhat decent

Much more salty (yeah weird I know!) than any chicken place I've been. We tried a couple different flavors of wings and some fries for dinner and ended up sick the rest of the night and into the next day. Pass on this slop.

Good food but I overheard one of the food handlers talking about having cuts on his hands and he wasn't wearing gloves. Massive health hazard and gross.
The best general manager I've ever met! I've been to all the local chicken shops, and the staff and food at this location are hands down top tier Chicken Commanders!!!

Absolutely horrible service, PAID for ALL DRUMS, because flats from here are absolutely vile, I come home to HALF my order flats. When I called and asked for a manager I got no response just straight silence until a “manager” got on the phone. This is my third time here and the TWO times before you’ve made this mistake plus more and I’ve passed it along! Gail Lewis would run this ish better !!!!!

Ordered take out (online) that took over 45 minutes longer than the estimated time to be done, just to be met with rude employees and unprofessionalism. Once we finally got back to eat, food was missing. Disappointing to say the least. Go to a different location.

Food was good however we had missing items and on top of that food ended up being done about 35 mins after the pick up time was suppose to be. There was a lady with pink hair and pink eye brows who decided to speak her mind out loud on how annoying our order was and repeatedly used my name to every little comment she had. Mind you we checked in when we got there so not sure if she forgot we were there or what at that point she also knew others were in the store. Super unprofessional not going there again. Sorry we gave you $187 including tip to give you business.....
