My boyfriend ordered pizza for his son and I. I was downstairs on a call when the pizza delivery showed up. His son is deaf in one ear and didn't hear the knocking. My boyfriend let me know the delivery person was at the apartment. I ran straight up stairs and apologized profusely. The delivery person was really rude. He told me I made eye contact with him and knew he was there. I had no clue he was there, again the pizza was a surprise from my BF. I didn't realize the pizza was for my apartment until my BF messaged me.

I absolutely love dominos!! The thing I do not like is how certain items you can not get extra of even if you are willing to buy it also. That parm n garlic stuff is SO YUMMIE!! I could get extra in the scappoose Dominos, but not the one in st helens, 8-10 miles apart. We should be able to purchase those extras we want. Other than that.. I love the place.

I ordered thru the app and got the wrong order. I ordered marinara sauce and got Alfredo sauce. It was a dry pizza and when I called back the guy was rude as hell. Said there was nothing he'd do about it. Just to double check my order before placing it like I was stupid and didn't do that. It couldn't possibly be a glitch. So I paid for a pizza I won't be eating as it is too dry to eat. I won't be ordering from there again and will be telling others about it in social media.

The service was excellent. The pizza is good, but when I ask for vegies, I expect to get more than a sprinkling of them. There were so few that you had to look really close to even see them.
Parking: Small parking lot, but more than plenty spaces.

Eric- although he refused his name a second time to confirm. The manager of the at Helen’s dominos was impolite and unhelpful when we had a disappointing specialty BBQ chicken pizza.
We offered to return the pizza per his request but as we had left town it would have to be the following morning. This wasn’t acceptable to his standards. And although we have had much better service from dominos in other locations, we will be forced to call the corporate customer service line.
We will be sure to give them our input as well.

Signature pizza had 2 toppings, asked manager for help and he said “contact corporate.” Would not give me his name and would not accept pizza back for replacement
Our local dominoes is my #1 choice whenever I don't want to cook dinner. Also our go to for late night munchies. The handmade pan style is always perfect and when I choose extra pepperoni they always deliver! The service is always top notch. Delivery drivers are friendly and quick. And I really appreciate that there is no judgement when they are delivering to us on a weekly basis...sometimes twice a week ??♀️ lol. I've done carryout a couple of times and they always seem to be having a good time, so friendly, and enjoying their coworkers.

Don't order the chicken unless you want food poisoning. I ordered chicken from domino's for the first time and the next morning woke up with food poisoning. Needless to say was the worst 10hrs of my life. The pizza is great, the drivers are excellent. Just wish I didn't have to experience that.

After traveling a long day, we got into our hotel room, looking at the food options we decided to go with pizza. Domino's at home has always been constantly ok.Delivery came and our 2 pizzas were less than great looking, burnt crusts on both, toppings were almost nonexistent on one and not much better on the other.We were hungry, ate a few slices from the middle where they were not so burnt. Not good.It was getting to late to order another round of food from another restaurant.In the morning we packed up the pizza on our motorcycles and headed back to the Domino's location. After talking to counter help and the manager, they stated no refund can be given, no way make this right. We cannot take the offered remade pizza with us, can't use a store credit for later as we are not from the area. No information can be given to us for owner contact info, what a great way to keep business.I am not happy with the lack or caring from the staff. After all they are a pizza chain and have one job to do, make pizza.
