Cute food truck! I lived in South Korea and while this is Americanized it is AMAZING! The young lady is sweet and attentive while personable; speaking to perfecting her kimchi recipe. Quality ingredients, honest prices and ingredients. 1 meal fed me for 3 days. Glad I don’t live too far!
The entire menu is delicious... We have enjoyed everything on the menu more than once, and the taste and consistency are amazing.The bonuses are the daily specials from Poke bowls to summer power salad bowls and beyond. I'm looking forward to a location near the waterfront with tons of seating.Great food made by even greater people.

Can't say enough! Kimbo is the best. Beyond amazing food. They are so nice. Truly care about their customers. Spicey pork is my go to but I do branch out occasionally. Definitely go to Kimbo!
