I’m supper upset because I’ve never had an issue here before I’d love for the issue to be resolved but when I called they wouldn’t even offer an apology and I was told that people make mistakes and to get losses basically

📍Coffee and tea are made and stored literally next to the mop station. Floor level and on a rack next to it by less than 5 inches. To avoid mop water getting into it, they halfway put lids on. Most of the time; the lids are not sealed as the lids do not fit the containers, and no one has time, care, or sullpies to zip tie the lids on. So there's a decent chance you have mop splash in your drinks. Management knows this.
📍There is a 99.999% chance that the person who's at the drive-through window; taking cash and cards bare handed; has had their bare hands in yours and your children's fry boxs; as drive through is the ones to set up the fry boxes. Hands are not washed in-between because there is no time between taking orders and popping boxes. Welcome to germ passing in a high context. I hope you don't mind being sick with whatever disease came through the line before you.
📍Not all staff wash their hands after the restroom. I've been in the restroom and seen a staff member come in, use the potty, and walk back to the food center. No washing hands at all.
📍Certain management has terrible mannerisms. Bad attitude towards staff and customers. Dealing with said management is like dealing with roadkill. Unexpectedly makes you feel gross, and like you have to clean up someone else's mess.
The understaff is alright. Most greeters, cooks, and cleaners all have nice demeanor, and manners.

Stop here every morning sorry breakfast. Biscuits are over cooked most of the time, and 90 percent of the time I have to pull around and wait for 15 minutes for my food and I am the only 1 there.

I'll let the pic of my McCrispy do the talking...I could barely chew through it because it was so dry and ultimately I threw it away. It was gross. The rest of our order seemed ok, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Very disappointing and won't be back.

Told them quarter pounder with NO cheese twice. They charge me for cheese and give me cheese. Ask for a refund and they come out with 2 bags that have hamburger grease leaking through.. But manager was polite, took care of it. But wasted time and I'm going elsewhere for food..

The post that follows this post was one that I wrote quite a while ago when mcdonald's was going down the hill for saint helens they ended up sending in district managers the owner and then they closed at midnight, but they have now reopened a reopened to twenty four hours seven days a week, which is really nice and helpful for our community and I appreciate that the owner has done this. The food has been good. I have no complaints about that. The service is good, the people working there and they're open again. You know, at 3 in the morning when I've been working all day and haven't had anything to eat. I know I can go to McDonald's now and get a good meal and good service. So thank you to the owner for stepping things up. We in the community appreciate it. I don't go inside of mcdonald's, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.
Fries are always cold and they just slap the sandwiches together...
It's McDonald's not much to expect. But it seemed clean and the order was right.

THE WORST place ive ever worked. first experience in fast food. the first few weeks were awesome, but getting told one thing by one manager then getting screamed at by another is NOT a great experience. other workers are snarky and disrespectful. i've worked at other food service places and have never been treated this bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS A FIRST JOB.

It's a McDonald's, what should I expect? But this location always seems to have issues (soda machine not working, short on staff, missing items that were ordered, etc ) I'm going to start avoiding this particular location from now on if I can.
They're always on ice cream it seems other than that you know it's just another McDonald's it's okay though I got there again
