Most of the employees are amazing, and I bring my emotional support animal in, and the staff love him and it makes me happy that he puts smiles on their faces. Food is decent too. One of the ladies gave me and my friend fresh cookies instead of premade ones, and always is awesome, and makes sure the food is good. (She's one of the managers I don't know which one)

The first time i ever got a Quarter Pounder with cheese that was so fresh and so hot it about burnt my mouth. Our order was handled fast and we were thru that line of cars in under 2 minutes. Not say this happens everytime but i give credit where credits due. And today told my buddy that it was the best Burger ive ever got from McDonalds.Oh and i ordered "Add Mayo" and they didnt put half a jar on it..i dont think ive ever ordered mayo and not had it squirt onto everything. Anyway good job St. Helens McDonalds!!

the lady on the phone was rude. im from a different country and i just wanted to know when i would get my mcdonalds from doordash cus yall be closing at 12. couldve helped a gal out gahdamn. the food would be 5 had i gotten

Fries don't ever seem to be freshParking: Parking lot and drive thru are a mess
Go through the drive through for sodas and we order 2 Dr Peppers and one Diet Coke due to having a DIBETIC with us. The girl starts handing out sodas and I ask," Which one is the diet?" And she laughs and says,"I don't know". So I said," You know that can be dangerous for a diabetic, right?" And she said nothing. Train your damn employees. Even one extra drink of sugar can cause a high in a diebetic. So wrong and quite rude of the employee. We didn't order sodas to play Roulette. It's not funny when someone has a seizure because of too much sugar.

We went throught the drive thru and order a premium chicken sandwich no mayo. The drive thru board was all black so we did not know it didn't come with mayo. At the window we cashed out and I noticed on the bill that it didn't say no mayo so I asked the gentleman at the window if he could at least tell them no mayo because I said it three times at the order box and that's when you got upset with me and said there mayo does not come on it then said nothing I can do if you don't know what you are ordering then slammed the window shut. Get better customer service!!!

i just went thru the drive thru a little before 9 pm and got asked to wait in space 3 but someone was in that space so we waited finaly the lady came out in a pissy mood and i let her know we were shorted half our nuggets and she threw a fit said she was getting the manager then came back out and gave us our nuggets with a sour atitude not shure i want to go there if thats what they call service

I love their large drinks for only $1.39 and I especially like to Diet Coke with extra ice and then I ordered a double cheeseburger without pickles and it was actually really good and their apple pie dessert is also
