I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, arrived at lunch where the single waitress was overwhelmed and fell short of basic expectations, like getting our order correct.
I would skip the tomato soup, but the sandwiches are great!

Quite possibly the perfect establishment - ice cold beer, cherry limeade, and a free pickle plate with every sandwich. Pro tip: order a high life with a shot of limeade and put the limeade in the beer. In the Goose, we all fam.

Cute spot to stop for a minute have interesting food and drinks. Tube TVs were playing Golden Girls and Hollywood Hillbillies. An impressive but small liquor selection is enough for fun cocktails or just a lil something on the rocks.
Steamed sandos are different. I think you should eat them on the spot. Today I tried the fried shrimp sandwich that was crunchy, saucey and I got that cheese pull. It was a touch salty for me but I would still eat again many times. I've tried the other meat options and was delighted when the bun seems to melt in the mouth. Haven't been impressed with the sides yet. We need some fresh herbs or veggies in the pasta salad. Don't let that stop you from trying absolutely everything.

A very nice place. Small menu, great food, and a very attentive waitstaff!
Delicious sandwiches at very fair prices. Very friendly service and a fun vibe altogether. I live in Portland but I’d drive here for lunch just for the experience.

Greeted by a great bartender and clean surroundings, this place has a tight delicious Midwest sammie menu that satisfies. Great homemade sides! The dirty tots were amazing with the comeback sauce. Can't wait to come again for the cake and more drinks. Quirky collection of decor to keep your eyes busy for hours if you're not into conversation. Oh, and a dedicated Coors tap with absolutely fair pricing! These folks are doing it right!
