Service was very subpar and we were the only ones ordering so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. Employee did not change gloves after touching dairy when we ordered dairy free. Did not ask us any questions about what we wanted and wouldn’t fix it afterward, ended up with half of what we even wanted on our pizzas. However, the pizzas turned out looking great and the store was nice and clean.
Tl;dr Didn’t follow food safety for allergens and rushed us through the line as the only ones there, didn’t ask what we wanted. Food looked good regardless and store was clean.

When we walked in the door we were automatically greeted by 3 employees with great attitudes! It was later in the evening and they had just re-opened after having to close for a couple hours due to a construction company damaging a water line earlier. It was only my second time going to a MOD Pizza so I was a little unsure of how it worked and what to get but the employee made it super easy for me while sharing some creations that others had gotten before. Quick and easy and boom....my pizza was in the oven. All three employees' attitudes and demeanor were refreshing. To me, excellent Customer Service is the MOST important thing a business can offer. And they nailed it!! Plus my pizza was perfect and delicious. Will definitely be returning because pizza is my cryptonite.

Delicious pizzas. I absolutely love being able to pick out all my favorite ingredients to build my own pizza. I always get lots of ricotta cheese and roasted garlic. It was great to see those on the menu online again. The restaurant was very clean when I went in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My pizza was cooked to perfection.

Honestly, customer service has improved so much. The guys working here are amazing. The guy with the longer blonde-ish hair is nice, he's always cooking pizza. The guy with the beard is seriously great. He's always happy and jokes with us. He's kind to my kids and makes the visit enjoyable. It hasn't always been this way with employees so please keep these guys around! My family loves them. ☺️
