Super slow, I waited like 15 or 20 minutes and left. The workers there didn't really even acknowledge the people waiting in line - they just kept doing 50 million online ordered...

Wanted some subs for dinner walked in and there was a guy in front of me ordering but the guy behind the counter was slamming things and clearing having a bad day so I left.

This happened a year ago but still baffles me, how you run out of turkey…your subway… iono just is weird
Ordered online (for a deal) took 20 min to make my footlong sandwich nothing special not even toasted or anything the only thing I asked for was to put my sauce in the little cups so my sandwich doesn't get soggy and that wasn't even done. Kinda wild

Today on 7/14/25 I went to pick up my catering order for my work. The food was ready and, in the bag, very organized. The team did a great job executing our needs as a customer. This was not the first time we have had them cater- but today I had to leave a comment. Thank you to the team!

Worst subway ive ever been to terrible service an hour wait for a horribly made sandwich and rude employees yelling at eachother about a shift leaving them dirty dishes while other customers were also upset about the wait and poorly made food.

Ganeva(might have spelling wrong) seriously is the best! It’s my daughter’s birthday today and I had to make it out the door asap! And they were slammed! And she absolutely came through for me! She deserves a raise!
Do not order from this store. Owner will not stand behind their service if they make a mistake.
Store handed order to some random person instead of delivery person and we never got the order.
Called Doordash service says to contact local Subway store directly as they don't handle payments. Contact Subway store they say they handed to someone and out of their hands and call Doordash. Call Doordash, again don't handle the payments as the store does and their supervisor calls local store to explain and Subway worker hangs up on this supervisor.
This local Subway owner will not talk or contact us to remedy or stand behind this missing order. Owner feels they handed to some delivery person and that is it. Could this be some random person off the street they handed to, this Owner doesn't care. We are out no food, out time calling these companies, and no solution for all this wasted.
We will think next time on purchasing anything from Subway chain in future.

Pretty standard Subway. Clean and the workers are friendly. But they get overwhelmed rather quickly during the rushes, and the wait time adds up.

Don't go here period..... Went to pick up my take out order to get home and not have cheese on my sandwiches when I paid for double cheese. I called of course to have it remade, for me to go in and watch an employee mess up one sandwich when it was almost done and watched him grab the meat, cheese and veggies from the wrong bread to the right bread..... Needless to say I got pissed and walked rightfully so as this is the 3rd or 4th bad experience I have had here, I grew up going to this subway and have never had this issue till the last couple years. I hope the manager works on training his employees that what happened is NOT ok and I would know as I've worked in the food industry for years.

I just walked in and was told it would be a very long wait because he was going to do the online orders before me. Only 1 couple checking out. I asked if he just wanted me to leave and was told I could wait but not how long.

My husband and I were just at the subway by dollar tree at about 11am. We were greated but wronged after that. We waited forever for them to work on online lunch orders. The girl ahead of us finally got helped by one guy while the other kept working on the orders. We thought okay finally we are next but no, the guy said that it would be a few more minutes and the other guy did the ovens and went to work helping him. We had been there so long and I am crippled so my husband said you don't look good please sit down. I sat down and then after a few more minutes my husband asked if I just wanted to leave. Nothing was said to us at all when leaving.
We were just hungry and needed some food. St. Helens has a shortage of employees but one should have been helping others when people are present.

I’m a dasher, my order wasn’t started when I got there, the 2 workers had one customer in line, and they spent so much time talking and barely paying attention to their work that it took them over 15 minutes to make 2 orders. Obscenely unprofessional, I wish there were a manager there to tell these kids to shut up and do their jobs. 2pm 09/27/24.
