Don't go here period..... Went to pick up my take out order to get home and not have cheese on my sandwiches when I paid for double cheese. I called of course to have it remade, for me to go in and watch an employee mess up one sandwich when it was almost done and watched him grab the meat, cheese and veggies from the wrong bread to the right bread..... Needless to say I got pissed and walked rightfully so as this is the 3rd or 4th bad experience I have had here, I grew up going to this subway and have never had this issue till the last couple years. I hope the manager works on training his employees that what happened is NOT ok and I would know as I've worked in the food industry for years.

I just walked in and was told it would be a very long wait because he was going to do the online orders before me. Only 1 couple checking out. I asked if he just wanted me to leave and was told I could wait but not how long.

My husband and I were just at the subway by dollar tree at about 11am. We were greated but wronged after that. We waited forever for them to work on online lunch orders. The girl ahead of us finally got helped by one guy while the other kept working on the orders. We thought okay finally we are next but no, the guy said that it would be a few more minutes and the other guy did the ovens and went to work helping him. We had been there so long and I am crippled so my husband said you don't look good please sit down. I sat down and then after a few more minutes my husband asked if I just wanted to leave. Nothing was said to us at all when leaving.
We were just hungry and needed some food. St. Helens has a shortage of employees but one should have been helping others when people are present.

I’m a dasher, my order wasn’t started when I got there, the 2 workers had one customer in line, and they spent so much time talking and barely paying attention to their work that it took them over 15 minutes to make 2 orders. Obscenely unprofessional, I wish there were a manager there to tell these kids to shut up and do their jobs. 2pm 09/27/24.

Not impressed with my "wrap". The guy was rude and spoke hardly above a mumble and made my wrap with a flat bread saying they make all wraps that way now.

The employee listed as “1107” on my receipt is extremely rude and disrespectful. I met up with a friend here for lunch. We each tried to each use a coupon on our separate purchases and she tried to stop us saying it was “one coupon per customer” even though we are separate people ordering and paying separately. She told us we “counted as one customer” and “normally she wouldn’t do that”. She also walked away in the middle of making our food without saying anything. She was completely dismissive and her attitude almost ruined our outing.The other employee was kind and respectful. We didn’t have a problem with him at all.

I have tried to go here a few times....twice I have left due to the wait. This time I made it through the line but kinda wish I hadn't.As I was working my way through the line I witnessed the older woman treat the younger worker with total disrespect. Guessing it was actually a personality trait of the older woman cause she actually treated customers pretty harshly too.After I paid, I used the restroom and was totally disgusted. The ring in the toilet was thick...and the sink had at least a quarter inch thick film of grime. ??????After leaving I tried my pretzel and threw it out after chewing one bite for over a minute. We ended up throwing out over half our $48 order.#neveragain

Pretty disappointing! Service was super slow, the one person working there was more intent on baking bread as the line continued to grow. Once it was my turn, I ordered my Tuna sandwich, just to be told .. no tuna until tomorrow. I work not to far from there, and I will never return. I would not recommend this location for a "quick" bite to eat. Also ordered the foot long pretzel with the cheese sauce .. there were 7 SEVEN grains of salt on the entire thing and I didn't get the cheese sauce. lunch cost just under $30 for two people and it was pretty disappointing. DO Better!

Always terribly slow service and I order ahead, wait 20 minutes before going inside and they haven’t even started my sandwich by the due time?? Everytime. Just go to the walmart one or scappoose one.

When I arrived:1. restaurant had no, 0, customers2, 2 employees behind the counter3. 1 was making sandwiches, the 2nd employee was working around the cash register4. I waited several minutes for without either employee acknowledging me.5. As left no one acknowledged my leaving6. it is little wonder your restaurants are doing so poorly7. next stop is reddit8. goodbye

Only one person working in the entire store at lunch time, noon! That is not enough employees. If an owner or mgr. Is only scheduling one employee to work a lunch hour during a normal weekday, then something is wrong with business. From what I see having 2 Subways within a block of each other is too many, #2 reason is faster service during lunch times, people would go get a subway sandwich if they could get it before their lunch time is over. That would require at least another employee or two during a 2-4 hour time, 11:30-3:30 etc. Or have them work a split shift am and then a dinner time til closing for 4 hours. That way they can get an 8 hour day.

Popped in on my break for a cookie. The young woman was making sandwiches and never looked up at me. After a few minutes an older lady came out, also didn't acknowledge my presence, so I piped up saying i just wanted a cookie. The young lady, never looking at me says it will be awhile. I ended up leaving. Not sure why both employees are not making food and helping customers. If the young man that works there is on shift is the ONLY time I go back. If hes not there, I go elsewhere.

i decided to get subway today and man i did not regret it. I walked in and there was no line, i was greeted by sam and noah the two amazing workers present. i didn’t know exactly what i wanted but sam was very patient and helpful with ideas. overall a 10/10 experience thank you so much to sam and noah!!
