This taco bell is terrible. No one will take your order at the counter and there is no menu posted. Had to order off the kiosk. Both of my orders were wrong. I figured if I went in, it would be a better experience than previously but no.

This is the slowest “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been to, we got in line and waited 20 min just to order in the drive through. Once we finally ordered it was another 40 min to get our food and it was cold!

Came through the drive-through for their happy hour freezes and when I got to the order spot, they told me the freeze machine is broken down so they can’t do them and they don’t have anything to replace it with around the same price. After that I had to wait in line because there is no way out of line for about 15 minutes even though I didn’t even get to place an order because they didn’t have what I was looking for. Very frustrating

They did not give complete information on line or at window or even at window and waited for me to complain that I was missing something to then tell me that they no longer had that product. Refused to refund or even replace or do anything to compensate. So $30 (+) given and 4 items not given they replaced with something completely different than what I wanted. They didn’t even ask if that was ok with me and refused to change them.
Service horrible. This is why I stopped going and will probably never go back.

I have lived in Scappoose for 9 years. I understand Taco Bell has a reputation for having a high turnover rate, messed up food orders, and bad service. I've only had a messed up order once, given I only order 3 things max. Yes, the wait is long. I understand it's frustrating. (I don't mind waiting) But I have never ever had a worker be rude to me. I have only witnessed customers be rude to the workers and even myself. Today, I went in and ordered 3 small things for dine in. There were 3-4 people already waiting in the lobby. I expected a long wait, but it came out in about 10 minutes. This lady who was standing by the counter, waiting for her food, stared me down while I grabbed my food and walked back to my table. She continued to stare at me as I ate, then eventually looked away. I have witnessed so many customers being rude to workers, just staring at them with daggers while making food. No wonder there is a high turnover rate, some of these customers are rude and hostile. I feel for every worker at Taco Bell St. Helens. They are always kind to me and I have never witnessed any of them be rude to a customer.

The food is served a little cold, and the employees are very slow and unfriendly. After they give you your order and you stand at the counter to ask for something they forgot to put on your order, they just ignore you and walk past without asking what's on offer. But unfortunately, it's the only Taco Bell nearby. I'd give this place 0 stars.

Stores always closed when they are supposed to be open! They shut down the drive thru constantly to have smoke breaks! It’s annoying because I can’t even order thru the app cause I can’t promise I’ll get my food! They really need new employees

So my first thing is is they took their menu off their board so now if you're handicapped you have to stand in front of a board to order inside the place second of all none of the sodas had carbonation and the supposed fresh fries we were waiting for came out cold so how are they supposed to be fresh

I ordered takeout from this place 5 times in the last 3 years and EVERY single time they got my order wrong. Every time my order was missing 1 to 3 items. I don't think this restaurant ever got an order correctly in its history.

Stuck in line for well over 30 mins to find out you don't have a lid for a cantina bowl and you won't sell that item now stuck in line waiting to get out of the drive thru you could have posted it on your drive thru so people don't get stuck in this line why does it take over 30 mins for 4 cars to order and receive their food? This is fast food! The franchise owners are so embarrassed of their operation they don't even post their phone number or give you any way to contact them with issues what a joke

Store advertises online that drive thru is open until 2am. I got my order set up on the app, got in my car and drove myself across town to purchase my own food and then sat in the line in the drive thru,to be told at the speaker that only door dash drivers could pick up any food. I do not even have words right now. What a joke. I can't even. Won't be going there again. Duces.
