Its crazy how many times i go to taco bell and my order is wrong or half assed. Everytime i have a crunch wrap its all unevenly spread out and spilling out. I order a plain burrito and get something completely different. Im almost positive those workers are high and dont know how to read because it’s seriously every time. Crazy work done by the hiring team.

After years of going here, it's finally time to write a review.
I never get my full order. Whether items are missing, or they're made wrong, it always turns out to be something. Tonight I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, a bean burrito, and potatoes. I got the potatoes burnt, the wrap with half of it just being lettuce, and the bean burrito being a totally different type of burrito.
It is always so disappointing here. Something is always broken, so you never get what you truly want.
The place is always closed at random hours all the time. They have ALWAYS been understatfed. I had to come back and pick up my mobile order 45 minutes later because of a random closing.
While I appreciate the workers working there, it is overall just a bad taco bell location.

I just went through the drive-through and the employee told me it would be it would be 25 minutes before they could provide food. It's called "fast" food and I don't have the time to wait 25 minutes. If this was the first time this happened I would let it go, but the past three times out of four they either closed early or didn't have food, it is getting old. I'm sad. :(

Took forever to get 2 items at the drive-through, waited 15 minutes after I got to the window. The apple empanada was 99% empanada and hardly any apple. I really miss Taco Bell from the 70s!

It's not the employees' fault, it's definitely corporate BS, but it's so insanely slow to get pickup inside. Completely deprioritized. It's kinda insane.

Great location, customer service is consistent every time I go there. Never a hassle. Quality of food hasn't changed. Drive thru is pretty quick.
During the day shift they are fast with orders and provide excellent service, but the night shift is terrible. They spend more time talking on the phone than preparing the order. It takes up to an hour there waiting for your order.

This is what happens when you ask Taco Bell while you were literally watching every single employee just standing there to kindly clean up the dining room because there’s a protest happening outside and there’s clearly dirty tables everywhere I was met with I did it an hour ago and then shitty food. The taco meat was like literally maybe a teaspoon tablespoon full at most on one end because I asked for a table to be cleaned. Taco Bell, you’re in desperate need of management at the Saint Helens location.

Waited for quite a while to be acknowledged, but when we finally were, service was fast and friendly enough. Unfortunately, our cheesy bean and rice burritos were basically soup in a tortilla with very little rice, and I couldn't even eat the whole thing as it spilled all over me.
