I went in and ordered at the kiosk like normal. Afterwards I did some shopping in the pilot when I came back I seen the milkshake with my meal was sitting there behind the counter so I walked over and gestured to it the young lady hands it to me and then I proceeded to wait for another half hour for food that was never even started I canceled my order and while I was getting my refund the guy says I think somebody else picked it up I said if somebody else picked it up why is the ticket still on the expo station. This place needs better management and better staff as soon as possible.

Place was pretty clean. Employees were friendly. Where I usually run I don't get to see very many McDonald's so when I get to go to one I always do. Not that I mind Subway, Wendy's, or Arby's but I see them all the time. I try to watch my weight when I'm on the road but there is just something about a number 1 with a Sprite and 10 nuggets on the side with sweet and sour sauce that just hits right.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like McDonald's?

You had to use the menu boards and fill your own pop, I thought I worked there. They should give you a discount. Because I did all the work. And speaking of work, thpoor fwllow next to me was trying as hard as he could to get a mcpork sandwich, and as I was leaving, he was still trying. Oh, and by the way, they were out of all the frozen drinks!!! That's the reason for MY visit. It was not a great experience.
