I eat at Subway coast to coast, as a truck driver. Love the product, however, today at your Stanfield Oregon location there was an incident today that warrants your attention. The line was long and one person, an employee named Chevy, was ordering and held up an ever growing line of impatient customers with ever changing ridiculous demands. Pepper just on this side, oregano only on the bottom, etc. While instructing his co-worker on every step of his job. He had no regard for the line of angry customers. He held up everything for 10 minutes or better. The gentleman making the sandwich handled it very professionally. As we all complained, I hear that Chevy does this every Sunday. The food was great and the staff behind the counter was too. One off duty employee wreaked havoc with an otherwise smooth process. Hopefully I can spare his co-workers a repeat. Lots of angry customers over one inconsiderate person.

Don’t expect to be able to use a Subway gift card at this Subway! Their gift card reader doesn’t work, and there was no way to enter in the information on the card or anything. A little irritating to find out after you feel obligated to buy the sandwich that’s already made. All we got was a “Yeah, sorry.” At least pretend like you care, right?

Veronika put the bare minimum amount of vegetables on my foot long! Wasn’t going to keep asking to add more of everything , very annoying .. lady put the normal amount and I’m happy. I ordered the beast this isn’t a beast. Was tempted to walk off and cancel the order .

Absolutely, positively, hands down the best subway I've ever been to!!!The server Marissa... I shouldn't call her a server, let me rephrase that...The sub artist Marissa was the politest lady I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing but smiles and great sandwiches at this Subway!!!Thank you!!!

Once again!!! Another food spot in a truckstop that cannot be open 24! We as truck drivers work 24, so if yall are going to have your establishment in a truckstop, then be open 24!!!!!

Had a great experience here. They modeled what a Subway is supposed to be. There must have been some staff changes because my experience was not in line with the negative reviews.
The manager was rude at best. Telling me how she was going to make my bowl. Got premium meats double meat.Then another lady told me I wasin her space and the manager said no fighting.I have never been treated so bad at a truck stop eatery. I drive for a large company. Great tasting sandwiches, all made fresh to order, as you wait. Usually quick moving line, but despite the positive things, there are a couple things that I find rather annoying. There's never any deals, or coupons to use. The only available deals, or discounts, are for members of Subway Rewards & you must order online, your order can be picked up, or delivered by food delivery srvc.
