This place used to be way better. Food has definitely gone down hill & gotten more expensive. They patties are not even the same size. They have downsized the food & charge more for less. & the quality is questionable as well. I can say this bcuz I used to work there before the NEW OWNERS took over. When I worked there is was simple.... Would you eat that??? NO, then why would you expect your customers to WANT to eat it???. Drive thru got their food 1 minute after arriving @ the WINDOW, & table orders within 4 minutes. Hahahaha that sure doesn't happen any more. Nothing fast about this place. And if it is check it. I cannot tell you how many times I've gone to this place in ordered a plain burger just meat nothing else. No lettuce, no mayo, NO CHEESE. Just bun, burger & bacon. NOPE THE ALWAYS MESS IT UP. For example; every time they put cheese on it. I do mean every time I have even said when ordering it NO CHEESE!!!!. JUST MEAT & BUN NOTHING ELSE!!!!!. BUT NO EVERY TIME THEY PUT CHEESE ON IT. like seriously how much easier can I make an order nothing on it @ all. But NO it's way to complicated for them.
Tonight the food was below average for even A&W but what got me was the poor service and really poor attitude from the servers, one in particular. I ordered a float and when it was brought to me it was already leaking root beer. As soon as I put my straw in it overflowed, they had completely capped the soda with the ice cream causing this to happen, not the end of the world. The lady sat there and watched me jump up to keep from getting soaked and after I’d cleaned it up she came over to offer help cleaning it in the form of handing me a plate for whatever good that was going to do for me and told me I was eating it wrong. What ever happened to customer service with a smile? I wasn’t rude or loud or any of that.

I have been here so many times over the past 10 years and this is one of the few fast food places that consistently provides great food every time and gets your order right!
Went inside to eat and 14 tables where full of trash. We asked them if they where going to clean any tables after waiting over 10 minutes with no greating and where told no. So my family and 2 other families left. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointed in the service

First off... PLEASE dont change a thing at this location. By far the best A&W my husband and I have been to. The food looks like the picture. It taste amazing. Our waitress was very polite and quick service getting our amazing food. This will forever be our favorite location to eat. Thank you!
