Ordered the pastrami stacker hot sandwhich. Asked for everything on it except for tomotoes, plus mayo and cheddar. I got a bland dry pastrami and mustard, pickle. Definetly check your order before leaving. Not worth the $12.00 plus tip. Ung use to love big town. Now its a bummer lunch. Thumbs down

Today my husband and I were enjoying a drive. We stopped in Stayton for a sandwich at Big Town Hero where two very kind people work. I left my wallet and discovered that much later. We drove back hours later.They had it and returned it, I am so thankful for such honesty. The sandwiches were wonderful also Again thank you!

I have been eating here for 15 years and I can not handle it anymore. Bread isn't cooked, swiss dip served cold. This is been getting worse and worse as time goes on. I keep trying every few months and it's the same disappointment.
