We initially dined in. After we got our food we wanted to leave. We had ordered a chicken strip basket and asked for a box and was told they could give us a box, just a paper bag. Asked a second time for an additional paper boat and was told only a paper bag. I'm very disappointed in the customer service at this store.

Food was cold even though we were the only Customers. Worst burger I've had, looked like they had a left over from earlier that they had heated in microwave. I name eaten all day and had worked hard, so super hungry, but could only choke down 1/2. I would give the Burger a 1, but the Sundae was good. Employees were pleasant dining room was clean.

20m wait after being told to pull forward, only red shirt in the store decided to try and argue about what was and wasn't given to me at the window after I had to walk in and leave my dog in the 90 degree weather. 10/100 the place was clean

This is typically my favorite Dairy Queen to go to because they still serve chocolate soft serve, but I was left feeling quite disheartened this time. I ordered my usual, a blizzard made with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. When I first got it, it didn't look quite right but it did appear chocolate. A few bites in and I find vanilla ice cream. I went in and asked if their chocolate soft serve was broken and explained I asked for chocolate and showed the receipt. Luckily they remade the ice cream but proceeded to tell me they won't replace it next time if I've eaten any. I explained that didn't make sense as I was clear about the order, it was marked on the receipt, and I was able to show it was incorrect. I wasn't looking for free, just what I asked for. The worst of the experience, I could hear the employee that gave us the ice cream mock me as I left. She was a freckled woman. I feel heartbroken. I have never experienced something like this before and I can only imagine how she has been treating other customers.

We did the drive thru and ordered a PupCup along with our other items. The Stayton location charges over $2 for the cup. In Monroe WA and Bend OR , the PupCup is free with your order.

Carol went above and beyond helping me when they had issues with their payment system. Blizzard was delicious too!

Placed a mobile order and arrived at the designated time, only to wait 20 minutes, have to ask for the burgers and ask for the drinks for stale cold fries, burnt tasting burgers, melting icecream and Starry that isn't mixed right, and on top of that the guy behind the counter had an attitude when I had to ask for the things they didn't give me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. People working in that place rude af and slow you can tell they all hate there job. the cooks don’t wear gloves they Literally use their bare hands for all the vegetables cooking your food they dig in their hair scratch their backs and don’t even wash there hands. That’s who makes our food and this is 100% a fact because I have somebody who works in there that told me this place is horrible not to mention Rachel and Crystal who treat our children who get their first jobs they’re like dogs. Carol does nothing about it. And when you go into order or in the drive-through you better have 30 minutes to wait or more this place is horrible they need to fire the management and hire all new people and give that place a deep cleaning poor poor poor our food was cold after waiting in drive thru for 24 min with 2 cars and no one in lobby shakes where melted

I only post reviews on here when places are EXCEPTIONALLY good or bad. When you go to a Dairy Queen, here’s what you expect:
-Pretty low quality food, but at a decent price.
-A dessert filled with enough calories to get you through a week, but it’s good, so you do it.
-Food ready in a few minutes…because…you know…it’s a “fast food” restaurant.
We stopped on the way home from central Oregon. It literally took us 30 minutes to get one combo meal. The family ahead of us ordered four dipped cones and also waited 30 mins. It would take me 30 minutes to train my dog how to make a dipped ice cream cone. Were they a little busy? Sure. Busier than any other fast food place? No. I eventually asked for a refund, but by then our food was ready. Do you know how bad it has to be to ask for a refund at a fast food restaurant? My son liked his Blizzard, though, so at least there was that.

Extremely inefficient and easily frustrated staff. The person assembling orders was yelling at the staff that was cooking items. When I presented kid cone cards from a previous visit to go along with a current order, she only filled the current order cone and instructed me to go to the register for the other cones forcing me to wait over 10 additional minutes. After walking by us waiting multiple times, she spoke harshly at the person at the register that he should have filled my order. When a mobile order takes over 20 minutes to fill, what is the point? The staff could use some customer service training. Will not return, and i didn't recommend anyone else return.
