I came in at 1 o’clock for the $8 meal deal. the $8 meal deal ends at 4. And when I ordered the cashier got my order messed up. Very frustrating and I noticed they were getting everyone else’s order wrong. They were new but if your gonna hire kids at fast food places make sure they can cook and take orders correct thank you!

I have been going for years and dq can get busy but always good hot food. Tonight was horrible waiting 10 mins just to order. Noone came on and said anything as to wait or hold on nothing. So once all cars in front of me were gone I just went up to window to order. Then they had me wait at tht red sign for food to be cooked just to get it and it be cold. I called but nothing other than if I wanted to drive back another 20 mins and wait for my food to be recooked after I threw it out cuz it was gross. My baby was already upset and crying and I didn't want to wait any longer. But to have to go home after wasting money to cook both kids food is ridiculous with nothing in return.

So upon arrival the lobby smelled like sewages, took over 20 minutes for our food and when we got it it was soggy fries and cold chicken strips/nuggets I say that because my Mrs meal was chicken strips and my bbq strips were nugget sized, the front counter wasn’t being manned properly customers waited and actually walked out(there was plenty of staff) definitely needs better leadership at night.. very disappointed for how much they charge

Don’t go here, Gave me the wrong drink then had terrible service and attitude when I asked her to change it to what I actually ordered. While I was waiting for the new one, she held the drink in the air, turned to her coworker and said “ this looks just like the one we gave them”. mind you- the drink I order is green and blue she gave me a purple drink💀

Maybe the worst ran franchise in the entire state- definitely the worst in the area. Management is horrible, structure doesn't exist and you will wait 15+ mins for chicken strips if you go after 4pm. Guaranteed. If your TIME is important to you, skip this garbage business.

Never makes my blizzards correctly & even showed the girl my receipt and she argued with me…don’t recommend. Service sucks - young girl had dark hair with glasses & smudged eye makeup & she was beyond rude & trashy - didn’t correct my order and tried to play dumb when I showed her the receipt. I just want what I paid for…
