Wait time to long, even when you have called it in an hour . The pizza tastes salty, and has other weird flavors.

This location either needs to close or change ownership. They take forever everytime. Always short staffed. But it looks like the problem is that all the employees believe that everyone is able to wait and hour for a 15 min order. Always slowly moving about checking thier cellphones etc. I will drive to salem from now on. There is 1 employee who busts his ass and that's it.

Every time I order from Domino's here in Stayton I always get the absolute best service..... James has got to be one of the nicest guys and always always gets my order correct.... keep up the great work !!!!

Added pineapple and olives to my deluxe pizza. Got home to find they forgot the deluxe part. Called since I overpaid significantly asking that they credit the difference between what I paid for and what I got. They said I could bring it back for a refund but I live outside town and said I wouldn’t come back in. Then they said they couldn’t give a refund but I could have a coupon. Waited for the manager to get on the line. After an excuse or two, she cancelled the order, said good night and hung up. I am not upset they got the order wrong but how about an apology or showing some sign that you care about your customer. This place needs some training…quality control and customer service.

They mistakenly forgot one item on our delivery but went above and beyond to make it right. One call and they fixed it very quickly. Honorable business.

Pizza is always sub par. They always forget to put the icing in with the cinnamon bread. Then they say they will bring you another Icing but never show up.

I'm giving them five stars for the customer service. Something went wrong with my online order. I didn't catch it until the pizza came. They very kindly offered to remake the pizza, and were very friendly and didn't make me feel dumb for messing up.

Ordered half pepperoni and half veggie pizza , guy is working alone didn’t add the pepperoni in it. We started eating as we were hungry and then realized when asked for pepperoni he said to bring the pizza back. It was his mistake and we waited about 30 mins for another pizza. We had to wait for the second pizza to eat.

Card was declined 3 times for some garlic bites and the very nice staff was just take the food it's all good. I said no I will be back to make it right. We did plus more. Great people, good food.

I have no beef with the kid making the pizza, except that he hung up on me when I said I didn't want to cancel. But the manager should be fired for leaving one kid and one driver to run the place. Our food was all burned and yet also frozen, all our toppings were heaped in the middle, and our breadsticks weren't even cut, but I guess that's because they were so behind that it took us 2 hours to get our pizza, simce they were working alone.
