The food is definitely subpar. Portions are large, but quality is very Taco Bell. The staff is nice particularly a very young lady that places your water and chips. The atmosphere is very nice, but I was very disappointed with the quality of food. We tried it once before and were disappointed as well. It’s close to home and we did not want to drive to Salem to have a meal so we gave it another shot. It had been a couple years and we thought maybe we just Experience. It still sucks.

Ordered taco plate $21 (3 tacos with rice/beans) and Street Tacos $20 (5 tacos with rice/beans) TO GO. Opened the packages and tortillas were overlapping on the plate and the meat spread it all. No individual taco that you could pick up and eat. They spread the meat on top of everything and the tortillas were soft. We had to eat it all with a fork cos they were all too mixed together-mushy. For a $41 meal, I was expecting a lot more. Not ordering from there again.

I got the 20 dollar enchilada and it came out about the same size as a normal one, I was comparing it to my sons kids enchilada. I never ever, ever ask to alter food or change it, but it seemed worth noting the size. The server was very, very kind and responsive, and brought me a second one with no trouble. I've been here 3 dozen times and grew up here, foods great, service is great, and this was a fantastic experience, as always.

Best Mexican food in the Stayton area. The chips and salsa are to die for. I always order extra mild salsa to pour over my meal it's so good!

Tortillas are store bought and not home made, chicken enchiladas had hardly any chicken and the onions and peppers weren't caramelized. Cadillac margarita was just ok.

Drove from Salem for lunch with the wife, well it was delicious service was quick and top notch and extremely affordable in today's economy. Definitely worth stopping in if passing through Stayton or just to check out something different.
One of the best seafood chimichangas I have ever eaten!!! I chose to sub the rice/beans for salad instead. I was so impressed at how big the servings were and the amazing taste of everything!! My husband got the Ixtapa Favorite and said that everything was super delicious!! Seated as soon as we walked in and our waitress was super sweet and knowledgeable. We will go back again!!
