have to wait for 10-15 min in drive thru spot 1 for a frappe. when I go in to ask.. it was done all along and they forgot to bring it out to me. wasted 15 mins waiting for them. happens more then it should

This the best best McDonald's around. Food is always great, store is clean and nice and restrooms accessible and clean. I stop here whenever I'm in the area working.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The place is a mess, the staff is rude, they mess up my order every time I go there, it's horrible. Today was the last straw, I asked for a change to my burger and I saw the receipt was wrong so I asked them to double check at the window and they said it was right but it wasn't so I went inside and asked them to remake it and they made it wrong again, they also gave me the wrong drink. The employees kept interrupting me when I was trying to to explain what I wanted and were just rude in general. Absolutely horrible service.

Improving. Easier to understand servers. Less missing items in bags. Fast service although occasionally being sent to waiting stalls as food not ready. Food quality -it's still fast food :-) Prefer this location over other local McD's.

SADDENED BY THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION…. Ordered breakfast, they forgot to add an additional sandwich I requested. Yes I should’ve checked my bag but I live on the outskirts of stayton and was rushing to get home. Realized there was no additional sandwich so I called to confirm they would still be able to provide me with the sandwich I requested before I drove ALL THE WAY back into stayton and they said yes! They asked when I would get there, let them know a time frame. When I got there they rung up my order but waited till I got to the window to tell me they threw everything away and they can’t make my order. Thanks.

This is my favorite McDonald's! My order is always accurate and done quickly. The staff are friendly and competent. And the food is cooked perfectly every time.
I get coffee from there everyday and never have issues.today I had them remake it three times and each time it was watered down and nasty.although the manager assured me it was a new pot she obviously still watered it down.im very disappointed and annoyed I had to waste my time going thru drive thru twice .I just left because why bother having it remade only to be watered down yet again.mcdonalds is famous for their good coffee.so ya, disappointed

Ordered on door dash spent over 20 bucks for a meal, the burger had globs of mayo and tasted sour. This isn't the first time this has happened with an order.

They always take forever and half the time your missing at least one item. I get nice hot Fry's only about half of the time
Kid-friendliness: There's no play structure so kids are kids running around inside and yelling ugg it sucks.

Not a single car was in line behind me and yet I was parked for ordering a smoothie to make matters worse my smoothie is full of chunky ice that won’t go through the straw and it does not taste like anything.
