This is the worst McDonald's. Food is always cold, more expensive than any other McDonald's, and they charge for a pup cup!! Really...I've NEVER been to any drive through that charges for a pup cup!!! Every other one we've been through doesn't. Give me a break!!!

I visit frequently because it's one of the only fast food locations near by. Every single time we have gotten food here, our order is either completely wrong or just extremely low quality (ie: asked for everything on it and only got one pickle). I came by the other day about 15 minutes before they close (which I understand as someone who currently works in fast food) and was refused service because the worker, who was very rude, decided to close the store early.

This morning I was going in for my morning breakfast and my order was wrong I was missing a sausage McMuffin and they gave me a small coffee instead of a large. You guys can do better!

I did a mobile order for a sausage McMuffin with egg, which is more expensive than just the sausage McMuffin (obviously), but got home and there's no egg in the sandwich. The only solution the store offered was to have me drive back and get a new sandwich. Uh, no. I have other things to do today. A better solution would be to credit the account for the egg at minimum, but the whole sandwich to keep the customer. Definitely not the fault of the employees, but the franchise owner/McDonald's should be doing much better than this. Boo.
