Austin our bartener and Nathan the chef are very accommodating and gracious. It was a wonderful time. The food and hot wings are off the charts 😋 I would recommend them everyday and twice on Sundays. Happy Happy girl 🥰🥰

Food is consistently great, but a recent service experience was concerning. I want to start by saying that I am typically a big fan of North Third. The food is always a highlight, and on previous visits, the servers have been professional and welcoming, making for a truly enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, my most recent experience fell short of this standard due to a particularly disappointing service encounter from the younger male server who was working that evening. Throughout my meal, he seemed disengaged and was almost dismissive. He brought me the wrong food, and while I chose not to make an issue of it during a busy dinner rush, the lack of attention that followed was hard to ignore. After I had clearly finished my meal, setting my plate aside, I waited for an extensive period for him to return with the check. His attention was almost entirely devoted to a friend of his seated at the bar. What truly concerned me, and prompted me to write this review, was witnessing my server repeatedly leave his duties to go serve his friend shot after shot, I counted 4. This individual was already visibly and significantly intoxicated—they were quite small and their behavior made it obvious they had had more than enough. To watch a staff member not only neglect their tables but also actively over-serve a friend to that degree was genuinely alarming and irresponsible. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and frankly, it's a serious liability. I believe this was an isolated incident with one employee, as my other experiences have been wonderful. The food and the rest of the staff are too good to let one person's poor judgment sour the entire establishment. I am hopeful the management will address this, as it seems to be a serious deviation from their usual high standards.

Absolutely terrible! Had reservations for breakfast, 25 people. Two servers were all they had for the whole restaurant. The two servers were also bartenders. We got partial menus, had to ask servers to take our order, by the time we got our order we had to get it to go. There were 4 of us on one check, the two kids ordered drinks which they never received. The two adults ordered eggs Benedict and chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak I had was the worst, tuff and no flavor, did not hear anything good about the eggs Benedict either. The total was $98 plus, included a $14 tip. Overall experience at your restaurant, 0 out of 10. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Great food. Service staff seemed very disorganized. We were seated, order taken but after dropping off my husband's drink we never saw her again. I had to ask someone else for my glass of water. Kitchen person brought out food which was delicious. She checked on the table next to us 3 times for drink refills and general needs. Showed up when we were ready for the check. Noticed another table in same situation. We would try again but hope they get more coordinated and put better systems in place. Could be a great restaurant.

I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve never gotten food under an hour. I’ve never been in here with a group larger than 3. The most recent time I was in with my wife and we waited for over 70 minutes before the waitress checked on us after seating us and let us know she didn’t check to see how backed up the kitchen was an our food wouldn’t be out for another 45 minutes. There’s no accountability or customer service for OK food. If you have time to kill give it a shot, but save your tip money. You won’t need to use it here.

It was semi busy but not to an excess of what we waited. We got our drinks and were not appproached by staff once after that (55 minute wait.) After the almost hour wait we were served and the food was not good, at all. Salad tasted moldy, dry chicken and a steak sandwich that was so dry. The steak seemed to have sat for hours if not over night-out. 2/3 of us that ate here were sick within hours. Never returning.
