I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve never gotten food under an hour. I’ve never been in here with a group larger than 3. The most recent time I was in with my wife and we waited for over 70 minutes before the waitress checked on us after seating us and let us know she didn’t check to see how backed up the kitchen was an our food wouldn’t be out for another 45 minutes. There’s no accountability or customer service for OK food. If you have time to kill give it a shot, but save your tip money. You won’t need to use it here.

It was semi busy but not to an excess of what we waited. We got our drinks and were not appproached by staff once after that (55 minute wait.) After the almost hour wait we were served and the food was not good, at all. Salad tasted moldy, dry chicken and a steak sandwich that was so dry. The steak seemed to have sat for hours if not over night-out. 2/3 of us that ate here were sick within hours. Never returning.

Drinks were fast and good. Food service took over an hour. Burnt our appetizer but didn’t charge us. Salad had hair in it. Food was alright. Took an additional hour to pay and leave. Time warp!!

The wait staff was ok. We had a 6pm reservation. Did not receive our food. Finally asked about our order and they blamed it on our waitress. They would purposely set off the fire alarm if the waitstaff did not pick up their order. We had a group of 13 and never got our food order. We finally left after 2 hours of waiting for food. We had a few babies and some had to leave. We all cancelled our orders. I poked my head in the back to ask about our order and the cooks blamed it on our server. Worst experience ever. Other tables that arrived after us received their food but not us. Unbelievable. Also asked to talked to management but the response was no one was there. I hope if this was my business I would want to talk to me.

Nice menu, reasonable prices, and friendly service. We stop here occasionally. I'll certainly return.
Food was delicious. $17 for a nice burger, thick cut (and well seasoned) fries and a microbrew with a tip during Happy Hour. The team was attentive and friendly. If I lived closer, this would be a regular spot to visit. Bring a coat if it's cold outside. But I'll bet the temp here is amazing during the warmer weather. Guess I'll have to come back again and find out.

My friends and I were just in there today. I wanted to let you know Megan was an extraordinary server and bartender. She was interacting, dancing and singing with our table the whole time! We did in-fact have a blast. We are out of towns and would highly recommend this place to Everyone!!!! If we are ever back in Oregon we will for sure stop again.

We went in the other night as it was my first time going in there. The kitchen was a little behind. The staff were so kind, they explained to us what was going on and asked if we would like a refill on drinks. They discounted our meal because it took longer than expected. Everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a steak sub and that meat was cooked to perfection. I will definitely go back.

If you value your time at all, don't eat here. While the beer is delicious and the food is okay. It will take you two hours to get your food. The server will not have the nerve to come out and talk to you and give you any updates. And all they will comp is one drink for your trouble. Everyone around will be equally irritated and miserable from the wait. ( And the medium rare steak frites will be well done)
