Went today and they had obviously had a huge influx of orders. My order was quite late and the lobby was FULL of people. Despite having a full lobby and being backed up on orders all the workers were working together, diligently to catch up with no complaints, no attitude. I was very impressed ? thank you!

So, now that I've discovered the wonders of online ordering, I just place my order and pick it up now, avoiding all lines. The online process is fairly intuitive even for 1/2 and 1/2 orders, and you can easily pick out the topping you want. If you go to any Papa Murphy's, I strongly urge you to do this, especially on Tuesdays. You will save yourself time and aggravation.

It was so busy people had to wait outside to order .
Well from the get go of getting there to pickup my order it was a nightmare, half my order was ready, I was asked 3 times if it was paid for(all they had to do was look at receipt) order ended up being wrong when I called to talk to them I spoke with Marshall(he was quite rude) more or less I was told the order was right on there end oh well. I asked for manager no manager he said I could talk to owner I said perfect he then backtracked and acted like the owner was high above all customers and we don’t deserve to talk to them… so basically after all said and done I paid for a order that was wrong and was told by Marshall oh well
