The workers do well, but the management/ownership is terrible. They put the blame on customers rather than look for a positive resolution.

First of all I give one star because I had to, I wouldn’t of given any. Their employees are very rude. They seem like they’re 16 or 17 year old with no respect for anybody, the Philly sandwich that I got wasn’t even enough meat on it to feed a mouse Then when you go to get veggies, they’re really Chinze on the veggies definitely way overpriced for what you get I will never patronize this facility again, and I will not recommend this facility to anyone

Second time in less than a week that this location has messed up a simple order. Both times were BLTs. Both times had no tomatoes. One time there was also no cheese and the other time no cheese or peppers. Employees were rude both times like it was an inconvenience they had to make a sandwich in the middle of the afternoon.

Asked for extra pickles and olives I got barely enough for one sandwich. Also the gal with dark hair and young working has a bad attitude I said both kinds of hot peppers she proceeded to then argue that both are not hot pepper but they are. Like who cares just make the dang sandwich. And then proceeded to say some other rude things I was trying to be nice but I will never visit this subway again.

Ordered a meatball footlong with cheese, not toasted. Got it with no cheese and toasted and only 5 meatballs. I guess the person that took my order doesn't know how to follow instructions.

Trash honestly..ordered two of the exact same sandwich and both of them were missing meat....they need to stop hiring teenagers that smoke too much to function....absolutely ridiculous and super annoying to pay that much for something I'm not even getting...

I went to go get some food the lady in the back told us it was gonna be 20 mins they had online orders. There are 3 ppl working nobody in the drive thru. Why can't there be one person working on the online order and the other one take our order. the people that are behind the cat and were very friendly, and very professional. but the owner of this place wants to charge people for extra veggies. I'll never be going back. ask for double me and if that's double meat now, that was really lacking.
