We stopped here on a trip through OR craving Mexican food. This place hit the spot. We got the quesabirria and fish tacos. Seriously so good. Real authentic Mexican food. Chefs kiss. I'll be dreaming of the birria for a long time.
Went to stayton to take the dog to the vet and family wanted Mexican food and all the food was incredible. The owner even gave my dog a treat. Gave him a plate of steak bits. I got the burrito which was really really good but I should of gotten the tacos. My wife got tacos and they looked incredible. I was jealous
Ooooof. I'm a taco truck GIRL. I was excited to finally try this spot. We tried quessabirria tacos, chicken, and asada tacos. My favorite were the asada tacos. More flavor than the average taco truck tacos. Quality seemed better than average. Good portions, too. Owner was super cool to talk with! Give this spot a try.
