It is impressive how quickly this once decent restaurant has turned into what ever just happened. Why would you close the lobby at 530?

Ordered 2 green sauce burritos for lunch today after ordering them for dinner last night. The guy taking the order took about 5 minutes trying to find them, and then instead of asking a coworker, just gave us regular bean burritos. They were also soupy, but it seems corporate changed the bean formula recently.

Asked for help ordering through the kiosk. Employee was more than willing but unable to order menu items desired. Had to accommodate kiosk abilities. In the future, I will go through the drive-thru. I want to order with a human who can think outside the box.

This location continuously has issues with door dashing. You can tell them you’re waiting for an order for x customer and then check on it 15 minutes later just to be told they are going to start it. DoorDashers are getting food for customers, too. Not sure why they are incredibly deprioritized at this location. No other place in town struggles this much with orders, including Taco Bell’s in Salem. Not sure where management is because the issue is ongoing and frustrating. Waiting 20-30 minutes to get an order while they prioritize everyone else.

I showed up right before 12am (they don’t close til 1am) and had a grown man hiding from me inside the kitchen. I saw him 4 different times peaking around the corner to see if I was there before he eventually shut off the lights to the kitchen. I get it if you don’t want to work your last hour of the day but he could have been courteous enough to say they are out of food or something? But instead he proceeded to play a game of peekaboo through the window until I eventually left.

This location is absolutely awful if you’re a door dasher. They seem to prioritize everything but orders that come in. Many times I’ve sat in the lobby for 20-30 mins while people pull through the drive-thru over and over. Just recently, I waited 20 minutes after checking on a dash order, just for them to say they are about to start it. Pretty disappointing considering other places get the food done in a timely matter- McDonald’s, Ye Sushi (yes they make sushi faster than these guys make a taco 😂) it’s sad. I’ve watched employees sit and text on their phones while people patiently wait for food. Dashers earn this location more money and are also trying to make some money, too. It would be nice if they didn’t let orders sit on the back burner, as this food is going to customers as well. I have patience when things are busy but this is a consistent issue regardless of the time.

I should’ve known better going here. It felt like it took 20+ mins to get food. I now have food poisoning. I get it it’s Taco Bell. But I don’t ever get this sick. Never again. They need some sort of change or shut down. Go to McDonald’s for fast food if you want it.

So I went there the other night it was about 11:30-12 so it was not too late, a few hours before closing. With that being said you'd probably expect the food to be fresh & hot; but not far from it. I ordered two chalupas and a large nacho fry. Now mind you, I live right behind the restaurant and by the time I got to my house (3 minutes ) I opened the bag & went to eat the food I JUST ORDERED, it was horrible. The Chalupas were cold & as hard as a rock. I've had crunchy tacos that were not this hard. & The nacho Fry's were freezing as well. I mean come on now that was beyond ridiculous. I could not believe how bad the food was. I probably won't ever eat there again. Which really is a bummer bcuz they are the only place in Stayton open that late besides McDonald's. And we all know how bad that place is.
Quality has been going down for at least 2 months. Even when upgrading and paying more for extra lettuce on my tacos, this is how much I got. While this Stayton TB is continuing to decline, the one on south commercial was actually quite good last time.
