Worst burger I have had in a long time. Thought getting there before lunch rush the burger would be fresh but the patties were not even warm and tasted like cardboard.

They seemed short staffed. The workers were going as fast as they could, still getting the orders right but there was a bit if a wait; maybe 10-15 minutes. But we didnt mind they were doing their best for sure. And got our order right also. Very good job people.

I order the number 3 and she said she would take our order when ready my husband said it twice and she didn't respond until I yelled HELLO in to the mic she then proceeded to then say I was waiting on you, when we had just said it twice before she answered us, she then proceeded to give me the most disgusting soggy burger I have ever had! I mean it was sauce covered, cold, the only thing fresh was the fries! I litterly puked after 3 bites into the burger, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, like it was disgusting, not my problem y'all stand in the back talking instead of working and you wonder why not a soul gose to eat there, I see your parking lot empty all the dang time like it's sad compared to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, like the was simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced! And the food was 1000 times worse. A
