Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We stopped here to charge our car and get a treat. The staff was friendly and efficient and the treat was great. I hope more DQs get charging stations and we will definitely stop here again on a road trip. DQ leaders please give the staff here all the kudos! Especially the ones working on 6/20/25 nights.

Who would want a blizzard from this place look at the filth

The blizzard was a pasty milkshake. Completely liquified with no chunks of heath in it. When politely mentioned the girl refused to admit it was wrong and said she couldn’t do anything to fix it. Bad Blizzards happen but the customer service was bad even for fast food.

Greeted and treated. The food was wonderful 😋 My Onion Rings were crunchy the way I love them. And keep the Orange Cream shake on the menu, it is simply to die for. Thanks ☺️

I life this Dairy Queen, staff is always friendly even when you can see how tired they are. They are always helpful at I make changes like two strawberries and one hot fudge in my banana splits. And chocolate ice grean in my Sundays.

Great customer service

From there to my house . Bottom bun is soggy and falling apart. I only live like a minute and half from there. Had good service but really disappointed in the burger

why am I waiting over 10 minutes for what should be fast food I just want to get food on my lunch and go not have to explain to boss why i’m late returning from break. absolutely ridiculous!

Stopped in to get a shake and ended up with chocolate milk. Every time!!!!! Maybe they should just shut down their shake machine like McDonald’s does at least I wouldn’t be out money. Through it away as soon as I got home and realized it was just chocolate water! Terrible shake makers

The young lady behind the counter wasn't friendly and seemed visibly bothered (made an audible sigh) when I told her I needed a minute to look at their menu to decide. As an aside the menu itself is way too high (not an exaggeration when I say it is 9 feet off the floor) and the lighting casts a lot of glare so it is hard to read. I promptly got the hot fudge sundae I ordered - but had to wait and wait and wait for my chicken strips. I finally went up to the counter and asked about the chicken strips and was told by the same young lady that took my order, "oh I forgot about those." The strips had been sitting for close to 10 minutes. Needless to say I will not be back even though I live in the area. One other bit of info - when I was looking for a place to sit down most of the tables were dirty.

This place had the rudest, miserable girl working the inside counter. I think she hates her job and takes it out on her customers. My husband ordered a banana split and the banana she used was as close to liquid as it could be without actually being liquid. He asked for no pineapple and to replace it with chocolate.....that didn't happen. She barely put any ice cream in it. I ordered a blizzard and she slammed it on the counter when it was done. Wow!! We used to enjoy going there but for $13 and that kind of service I think I will just go to the store and buy ice cream.
