I stoped by the Dutch bros in Sutherlin Oregon on Feb 7th around 7 pm there was a young lady working who was extremely rude while taking are order. She had an attitude The whole time. She then proceeded to hand me my coffee that the outside of the cup was completely covered in caramel, and when I asked for a napkin, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. I know we all have bad days but I think she needs to go back and read what Dutch stands for.

It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks with only two cars in front of us. Coffee wasn’t even very warm. Not the Dutch Bros standards we are used to.

Dutch Bros is a joke. There’s never anyone over the age of 18 working there, and it shows. The place is run by rude, hormonal teenagers who care more about flirting with each other than actually making drinks. Every single time, my order is wrong, no matter how simple. On the rare occasion they do hand me something close, it tastes like straight-up garbage. It’s sloppy, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing that this passes as a coffee chain.

My partner and child and I were driving through here a few weeks ago, making our way to the redwoods. One of the people who were working outside, taking orders was extremely rude to me. She told me that I should’ve went to the other line and pointed out a sign that had fallen over, that was not able to be read. She made me wait and took other people‘s orders before me because I wasn’t in the line that she wanted me to be in. I am new to Oregon and I am new to Dutch Bros and I had no idea how the lineups worked. Perhaps if you want people to read a sign and follow the instructions, the sign should be standing and not blown over. I’ll be contacting customer service about this.

I try and try this Dutch but EVERY SINGLE TIME it is the worst Dutch I have been to in Oregon!!! Drinks are never consistent, absolutely NEVER taste right, and they are by FAR the slowest! This review, I have held off on for literal years, but my very failed drink today was the LAST!
