I try and try this Dutch but EVERY SINGLE TIME it is the worst Dutch I have been to in Oregon!!! Drinks are never consistent, absolutely NEVER taste right, and they are by FAR the slowest! This review, I have held off on for literal years, but my very failed drink today was the LAST!

I said whip cream and it's just not right. I'm headed to an appointment to pick up my mom out of town and can't turn around due to being a passenger. My strawberry iced horchata was supposed to have either soft top with cinnamon sprinkles or plain whip. Maybe hire older employees. The girls were friendly today but I don't know why I made the mistake I'm hard of hearing but I know what I ordered. My recent order isn't coming up on the app at all for me to check to see what the employee put in

Really was not planning on a bunch of teenagers treating me like I’m trying to steal a $5 coffee on my birthday, thanks Dutch bros. I’m pretty sure the employees don’t know how to activate gift cards. Apparently this has been coming up a lot according to the drive thru guy. My employer bought it and I’m not having them dig up a receipt for a measly $5 overly sweet drink. Wish they did not give it to me at all and I hadn’t stopped for this less than pleasant experience.

This store started my Dutch Love. I stopped by yesterday and ordered a 911, the drink I ordered that first night 10 years ago. I ordered iced this time, and didn't taste it until I got to my stop. The staff was up to their usual friendly service, but the drink was a major disappointment! I don't have Dutch Bros near home, it is sad that the drink was so bad.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere and one of the only 24 hour locations in Oregon.
My friends and I decided to visit this Dutch bros location and extremely disappointed would be an understatement. All of are drinks were watered down… not to mention the girl at the window was giving me and my friends dirty looks. Next time we will go next door to McDonald’s for a dollar drink rather then get a half-ass drink from someone with a bitchy attitude.

Ordered 3 drinks exactly the same and only got 2 of them, then asked for the third that i payed for and they handed me my double blended rebel melted. The first 2 drinks were perfectly fine. When i told them it was melted all the barrista said was oh sorry about that.

Staff was all children. Poorly trained and incompetent. Too busy joking around and singing to music to pay attention. Messed my order up then refused to take back the drink. I had to exit my car and walk around to the far side of building to dump it ( I am disabled). Then when I got back they refused to make me a new one and said I had to leave. I did not swear or get vile with them either. Simply said that I had no room for an extra drink and that it was terrible customer service. Couldn't reach a manager and corporate is unreachable as well. Dutch bros has been getting worse and worse and this experience was the last straw. Won't be going back ever again.
