Arrived this morning to doors locked, despite it being after 6:00 AM and their signs clearly stating they open at 5:00 AM. We were hauling a trailer so obviously could not use the drive thru. I tried to get someone’s attention where you make an order…. Nothing. So I went to the drive thru window where they deliberately ignored me. After refusing to acknowledge my knocks I called for the person who had their back to me and she was extremely rude as they told me they “do not do walk ups”. I described our situation, how we were hauling a large trailer, and how they had their store doors locked and was told “we are short staffed. I need to get back to the oven” and she immediately turned her back on me. The man taking orders continued to ignore me, refusing to even make eye contact. WORST service EVER!! Nothing like starting a long drive and a company refusing to serve you food or beverage. I haven’t been a fan of Starbucks for years- and am never going back!

Always delicious and friendly. This particular store (Sutherlin, OR) insists on charging for ice water. Not just a small fee for the cup for several dollars. Maybe the guy was new. But it was disappointing.

Short staffed. As a result drinks were slow to come out and mistakes were often. Around half the drinks needed minor corrections.
I changed my stars writing the service is absolutely terrible for example I asked for a cold mocha on and what I got was cold coffee with ice cubes they have not yet got my any of my orders correct
I drive thru now and then but every single time I get the most helpful and patient employees!

I was having a bad day and thought popping in would be nice, but when I came in the baristas didn't acknowledge me/looked as if I was an inconvenience. The girl who took my order was complaining about her job and the customers. So that kinda sucked. Generally my experiences at Starbucks are very friendly and great, so it was too bad.

The girl with the shaved head gets angry to an awkward level every time you don’t use your app or buy food in addition to your drink. Pretty tired of dealing with it and would like to frequent the Starbucks more often without the conflict or that employee.
