I was hoping to find a local coffee shop in Sutherlin and had to settle for Starbucks. BUT I must say their sugary drinks and baked goods do TASTE GOOD.

This drive through was fast and exquisite... the 8 Oz curtado with vanilla soft top was what I tried today... Stephanie uplifting and kind courteous very attentive knowledge bursting out the seams. If you go into this establishment t you'll feel the love right away

All you could hear was the male (manager) he was constantly droaning on! He became over powering it became irritating sitting having to listen to him. He then began an interview in the resteraunt you could hear everything! What happened to privacy??? Had enough of his look at me voice and left

Super slow service. I waited in the drive through. No one seemed to be taking orders, so I walked in.... there were 3 or 4 employees there, but ONLY ONE of them making beverages for the walking in and the drive- through. I waited 15- 20 minutes for my one drink. Most of the people waiting inside were disgusted with the length it took to get their order.

I had left a water bottle behind when visiting this Starbucks while passing through town. I called and they put it aside for me. When I was just about to come through again, I called to let them know, and unfortunately they couldn’t find it. Surprisingly, they went out and bought me a replacement from a nearby store. I think that level of customer service and care is uncommon nowadays. I hope it comes back around to them.
